I have been getting calls from these people for about 6 months now. They always use different numbers and names. They also change the name of their business everytime they call. Me and my coworkers have told them to stop calling my work but it doesn't do any good. They use the same basic speech everytime. They will call for a couple of days then stop for about a  week or 2 and start it again. Have turned numbers in to ftc but don't think it is doing any good. Usually just hang up on them but then they just call back. Anyone got any advice on how to make them stop calling my work? Told them I was recording the call and they just said that they were recording to. Any help would be appreciated.

I got the same call from Dominique Jones had my ss# and bank imformation. funnt thing hesaid i owed $400, but suing me for $5407.oo. From some place in Texas. same law firm Morgan & associates

i work for a payday loan collecting agencie out side of kansas city  this IS A SCAMMMM.... everyone please do not send these people any money they are having people send it western union i had a client yesterday who sent them 600.00 hundred dollars and theres no way for her to ever get her money back i felt awful .... i deal with this everyday ..... EVERYONE IGNORE THEM they can not and will not do anything ..

Scammers just ignore them they will call you once a month. Got  a call from a Mike Barrett. Sorry do not know to many Indian People with such an american name. Nice Try you people scammed me once shame on you. Never again. Do not give them any information. They get it from hacking into Payday Loan Applications. That is how they get the info. Also if they have you bank info and you do owe them money. What stops them from just taking out of your account. Oh yeah they are scam artist and could be found that way. Dah. Yes being sarcastic. Be careful do not be affraid. Be wise and hang up on them they must give you proof and just tell them your lawyer will be contacting them. Get there information fax # ect.

I got the same message a few minutes ago.  They called my brother and a friend of mine to tell them I was in big trouble.  He said his name was Eric Matthews with Morgan & Associates from Dallas, Texas.  I told him to send me notification in writing as was required by law in my state.  AND, to make sure he called me again, left his information on my voice mail so I would have his information to add to my complaint already on file with the Attorney General's Office in my state.  

Before I hung up on him, I did tell him to have a good day and just to be kind he had an open invitation to kiss my a@@!!!!

My husband got a call from this number today also the same name of morgan and asso. They said they represented us cash advance. this really makes me mad they had our personal information down to his SSN and our bank acount #. As if times are not hard enough already, oh yeah and they called his work several times and had the nerve to hang up on me.

these people have been harassing me, my family, my friends and my work, i have called the FBI the have also told me this is a scam, it is scary how they can get all of our info,and now they are calling our friends , they need to stop calling. He said his name is jeff more like muhammid maybe, you cannot understand these people at all. One said his name was officer chris brown and gave me some docket number and said he was from the fbi and got angry when i told him i was calling the fbi myself. they informed me they do not give out case or docket numbers over the phone.

just got the same whole speech. person says im being sued  and he has ssn and address and even know what bank i use  but when i told him i saw it on the web and told him he told me everything that he had told other people he waned to know the number  fro caller id  so he could see finaly told him to mail it to me in writing and he had to go  going to talk to bank tomarrow and see what they say  to do becouse he wanted eft to him for him to stop the action against me   cant tell you the name of caller becouse could not understand him very well

These people are calling me stating that they represent US Cash Advance and that I am being sued. It's actually really amusing as well as stressing...but anyways for those of you who get called by these people...they are SCAMMERS.

At first they thought I was my sister and they still told me what the call was for which was severe legal action against me. When I called them back later they told me that they are suing me for over $5400 dollars. At first I freaked out cuz they said they were charging me with money laundering, check fraud and something else that I can't remember but then everything started coming together and I realized they were scammers. They told me that they had contacted my employer with all of this but yet my employer knew nothing about it and they also said my mother and sister would go down with me cuz we were habitual offenders.

After I got of the phone I called every judge in cooke county, since these people are located in gainesville, and asked them if my name was on their dockets and they all told me no. So then I called my bank and cancelled my checking account cuz they had all my personal informations as well as my employer and bank information.  If these people want my account info. so badly then they can have it cuz that account is closed.

These people are very rude on the phone and like to hang up on you. One of them even told me that I was wasting his time on the phone. So if anyone else receives a call from Leo Fernandez, Dominique Jones, or Jim Crook from Morgan or Marvin (couldn't understand cuz of the language barrier) and Associates its a scam.
