This number has all the makings of a scam.  They left a message asking me to call back with a reference number.  They then said, "This call is in regards to......" and the message ended.  

Oooohhh I wonder who it is?!?!  Maybe I won something?!?!?!  Quick, here's my social, mother's maiden name, date of birth and all account numbers.  I CAN'T BELIEVE I WON!!!
