I had the same charge--report it as fraud to your credit card company, and also file a case with the BBB.

I got the 9.87 charge on my credit card statement, different number though: 941-751-1227  Listed as www.photosmix.com.  Big time Fraud, do a search on photosmix - all kinds of victims reporting.  Call your credit card company immediately.
