Got a call from 941-312-2239 on my cell today (Monday) at 11:28 am while I was at the doctor's office. The caller left no message. I called the number back  about 2:30 pm and got a "number changed or disconnected" message. I assume it is a scammer of some sort.

Company continues to call me about reducing my interest on my credit cards.  I have tried everything to get them to stop calling me, but they continue to call me.  I have even blocked their calls, but they then call me on a different number

Called cell phone at 11:30am on a Monday...left no msg.

keep getting these calls, I have registered in do not call. doesn't seem to matter?

Got a call from this number on May 12.  Left no message.  Got a busy signal whenever I called back.  I am on national DO NOT CALL list.  Searched the number through a few reverse lookup websites but got very different result:

I just got a call from these @ssholes again.  I got the "I can lower your interest rate to 6%  and I just kept going along with the scam.  I don't have any credit cards just a debit card.  I was friendly till they wanted information.  I said "I don't have any credit cards and can you put me on your do not call list and I want to talk to a manager".  The Indian man on the other line said " My manager doesn't talk to liars and you are going to be billed $1,000 dollars for agreeing to lowering my rates to 6%.  I kept saying "I don't have any credit cards!" He kept calling me a liar and kept insisting I would be billed this $1,000.  Really I kept the argument going and hung up.  What can be done about this?  Who can I report this to? Is there a website to go to Help!

This site allows people to share information about phone calls and phone numbers.  The first time I visited here Google sent me.  I had googled a recurring wrong number and found it here.  Someone else has posted that the number belonged to the automobile finance section of a bank.  That information was all I needed to confront the caller and demand they stop.  It worked.  I haven't heard from them in over a year.

I come back to return the favor, to tell others what I know about the calls they may be getting.  Maybe I can help someone.  And if I'm wasting time, thats ok with me.

I  am getting a call every now and then stating I could have lower credit card rate and this is final call (All call are final call). They instruct to press 9. After that a guy from India comes on. I told him remove my name from your call list .I am not interested in any cc lower rate . He became absuive and keep calling all types of very dirty names. I can not put that here..How we can stop this?

Got a call at 3:28pm on my cell phone. Robo call stating that they are calling about my credit card and that I can be offered a lower rate and to press 9 to talk to someone. I promptly hung up. Why aren't these companies getting penalized for telemarketing calls to cell phones or to people who are on the Do Not Call list?

They called me while the chickens were still getting up. I knew better than to answer. Why can't some authority end their shenanigans with all these complaints?

I have received many calls from this number and do not answer.

They just called for the first time and I asked to speak to a rep. to take me off the list ,I got someone named Jason who promptly asked for a kiss and said he would call back later ?

Got this call during mid morning. When I called back 2 hours later, it said the number was no longer in service.

Got a call on my work cell phone from this number, 2/29/2012 10:22AM EST - no message left.

I did not answer, they call everyday,...hope the three cents an hour they are making is working for them.

Called - i called back...not a working number.

Got the call at 3:45 pm. Recording message stated they worked for a credit card company and that they can help reduce my interest rates.
Obviously I didn't want to do that, but when prompted to press 9 to speak to someone, I did so I could tell them that I am on the Do Not Call Registry.
The phone immediately got disconnected.
When I called the phone number back, it said it was out of service.

I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.
