Get a lawyer and show your evidence.  You have a case and they don't.  They prey on the weak and challenge a lawyer confrontation because they know they won't get that.  You can persue legal action for harrassment and unfair debt collection on several levels.  Look into it.

I can prove everything just ask me to and I will email it or give you more facts about your life, if you work with attorneys and they find out you are lying about your identity that puts into question the validity of the debt you are holding? Most law firms check out debt collectors from stem to stern not just the debt wonder if some have and what happened there?

Anyone should check this company out and then call the local Attorney Generals Office as well as the FBI due to the fact they are scamming using the internet and the phone lines using false names and unlawful tactics that the police can not use in their investigation.  Nigerian scam with US Citizens working the scam sham on you and your company.

If anyone used their credit card to pay them dispute the charges with the bank using the Illinois case and not a licensed debt collector most banks will not tolerate the behavior of Omni Mediation since they are  licensed by the Federal Government and some are licensed by the State Government depending on how big they are or if they are a Credit Union.  If the banks get together with enough complaints they can call in Federal Agencies as well with the evidence they have on Omni Mediation with your complaints that they extorted the money from you with undue force.

Received a call from this number and after reading the posts WOW is all I can say about Omni Mediation and Michael Gie I did research the items listed and went one step further as well to another website called beenverified....interesting Michael Gie does not exist in New York, or Florida or any other state that would make sense.....so Michael Gie prove who you are by your legal name and where we can verify that name as well.......I read a post somewhere on Michael Gie say go to facebook linkedin and other sources to verify and those sources can be dummy accounts all day long since your facebook page has very few friends and we all know why and one is Massage therapist scantly dressed....now that's professional.....I guess for you paying someone to have sex with is all you have in life.....so any correspondence with your name on it is null and voided since you have a ghost name and that is against Collection Practices as well......some day your plank will be out and you will have to walk it.....wish all the people you have taken advantage could see it.....if someone lies no matter what how can you tell other people they are lying about items......you are not setting an example Michael Gie you creating problems that are far reaching that even your little mind can not fathom......

I have in writing you lying and try to steal money from others the statement you made will be great for my civil case against you and Omni Mediation, as the saying goes it takes one to know one.  When you are not lying and the facts are on your side it makes people like you and your company the bad ones.  Which by the way the summons will be served by Federal Agents since you and your company doesn't like summons being served to all of you.  My dad is a retired Federal Agent......You picked on the wrong person this time.....you might get served going home, going to work, at the grocery store, at work, in the bathroom in a public place, you won't see it coming at all, just like you do to the people you call and harass and with the court case and you and your company doesn't show up I win the judgment and if for some reason everyone shows up still will win, and will get my money with Federal Agents involved they will know how to find bank accounts, investments, assets hidden they can find tthem.   Oh closing note Federal Agents exist because of guys like you.....being thieves, liars, and everything else!!

We have asked for over a week to get the legal copy from you on what you want paid and nothing from you other than more phone calls and saying you will get the proof over but do not know where to send it since you were left a voicemail where to send it, you claim I do not know who I am dealing with.  Another excuse of not sending out the information out.  I also searched the court case that was mention in this post and found you did not send out information to that person either and asked for by a attorney Thank You Dave for that Court case on here after weeks of dealing with Michael Gie and nothing from him except excuses and seeing proof listed in a open Civil Case against Omni Mediation and avoidance in open court they are just scammers and they accuse others of exactly of what they are doing.  SHAME ON OMNI MEDIATION AND MICHAEL GIE FOR EXTORTION LYING AND BEING BAD PEOPLE AS WELL, just to make money for free, Oh about your job not a job when you do it illegally it is called being a Criminal that you accuse others of being.  Actions speak louder than words and lack of action on your Civil Lawsuit says volumes to me and it should say something to people dealing with your company.  I bet Michael Gie will not answer the open lawsuit issues on here.  It will be interesting to see what happens next due to the fact they are hiding from the process servers confirmed that as well via Illinois court records. Would like to add to my post to reply to Michael Gie, He says works with attorneys all the time what about the IL Civil Lawsuit against Omni Mediation, here is the facts of that lawsuit filed in public record and no answer from Omni Mediation.....Attorney for Plaintiff called Omni Mediation to ask for proof of bad check which Omni Mediation never did in the 5 day period allowed by Federal Law....Did you work with that attorney back in December of 2012.....No you did not nor did anyone from Omni Mediation......another truth...lawyers have to prove that they asked for it in writing to support the lawsuit.......Omni Mediation never returned a phone call or send over proof to an attorney at anytime answered the summons.....truth since the attorney is a licensed professional can be found easily and quickly with a street address, same phone number for years and does not call people names belittle people and accuse people of outright crimes on voicemails or live in person, or have an attitude they are right and you are wrong.....if the police can't call you names or say your are a criminal before the evidence is heard and tested why can Omni Mediation get away with it?  They think they are above the police department as well is my thinking police departments get sued for slander and harassment if they get caught doing what Omni Mediation does everyday.......think about it everyone and find help somewhere with someone when they leave the threatening voicemails, the harassment of many calls and when they can not produce the evidence asked for in the 5 day window allowed for Licenses Debt Collectors.......

Performed a Records Check on Omni Mediation and they have never prosecuted anyone in my state per the State Court System and they have a summons they do not wanted served to them they have been avoiding service for months. Judge has stated hiding from service will cause bigger issues they know about the lawsuit but no answer per attorney or the owner or employees.   This is a Federal Judge saying this so if Michael Gie and his company was so upstanding in our country that summons would have been served as he has stated in past posts people are scum bags they need to pay their bills so does the company he works for and answer the summons for Federal Court if they have nothing to hide and working within Federal debt collection laws then go to Court and prove your business ethics are not questionable and bad ethics. Michael Gie is probably part owner of the company as well silent owner he is hiding behind someone else...anyone can google the court case and their local court records as well can prove all the facts here that I have shared.......let the first person without sin cast the first stone and the stones that Omni Mediation cast as well as Michael Gie have sin wrapped around all those stones......

Yes there is a process for bad checks to go through in each state and depending on the facts of the case Payday loans which can not prosecute in most states due to the fact that is a promise to pay in the future and post dated checks are not acceptable for criminal charges and again both parties are aware of lack of good funds at the time the check was issued.  NSF there is a process in most states that the bad check was paid to and have to send notices with the  appropriate  state statues of fees allowed by the State Law.  Closed Accounts as well due to the fact there are issues such as lost wallets, credit cards and checkbooks.  Omni Mediation takes advantage of the working poor and scare tactics will work with them due to the fact they do not check out the Fair Debt Collection Practices Laws which is Federal Law and each state has their own laws in place to help the consumer as well....Sounds like  Michael Gie likes to be a High Horse Bully Collector and be so righteous and justified in his answers, Karma does come around in some form or fashion to people that behave so much better than the average person and not share the true facts of debt collection which by the way Omni Mediation is not licensed to do Collections in many states by the Attorney Generals Office even if they are Omni Credit Services in Florida they also have to be licensed in the name they represent to the debtor and can not threaten police DA's or legal issues if the debt is a Civil Debt and the recordings I have heard tips them to being illegal debt collectors per the Fair Debt Collection Practices.  Michael Gie is not a licensed attorney in any state that we could find and gets paid a percentage for all the collections he collects so who is money driven now.....Michael Gie......

Well, if you can product evidence of bad checks, then go for it!  People should not pay for alleged bad checks that they have not even written!  Oh, and I doubt very much that you can prove everything!

Yeah, right.  People are getting calls saying they wrote a bad check, when in actual fact, they did NOT write a check in the first place!  So go try your scam elsewhere!

They were looking for someone that owed money on an old credit card debt. They called my cell number and refused to take it off their call list. Now they are on my Blocked List!

Just do not waste your time. DO NOT ANSWER. I NEVER answer a number that i do not know. If they are somebody, they will leave a message and you will know who they are. Scamers are for fools, don't be one.

Called for someone with my last name regarding a "legal matter", "theft", "important I hear back today"

You know what I think is cool?  That people will try and use every tactic possible to avoid paying their bill and the money they stole.....................The company is legite,........I found it and they saved me from alot of headaches..............and my attorney found them too. You people are trying to ruin a real business and trying to get away with thousands of dollars.  Try being honest for a change!

Adding to my previous post.  Also any professional person in the legal environment would not call people thieves & liars online.  He states you can look him up on linkedIn but anyone can put false information and use a false email address and get a profile on linkedin.  I looked him up and he had 0 connections and no legitimate information to follow up on.  I searched the internet on his company name in Punta Gorda, FL and you find nothing.  Just adding this so that no one falls for his tactics.  He gets some of your personal information probably from searching online enough to make him seem legit and that scares innocent people.  Again search my information I am easy to find and contact even my business address and phone number.  You won't find any legitimate address (a po box is not a legit address) on these scam artists.)    Again please report him to the FTC otherwise he will take advantage of others who fall for his scare tactics. Report them on every number that they call you from.

I have an Accounting Firm in Woodridge IL called Williams & Associates, you can look me up on the internet and also on the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.  I am valid and legitimate. These guys calling you are scam artists that even reply to these messages.  These guys called stating they have my name on a bad check for a company I did accounting work for in 2008.  We do accounting and never touched or did anything with there bank accounts yet these bozos make false claims.  Please call the FTC and report them on all the numbers they call you on.  Make sure you are specific about their false claims and legal threats.  AGAIN THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS REPORT THEM TO THE FTC the number to report them is 1-877-382-4357.
