Did you ever figure out who this was?  I have started getting these calls and found out that it is an insurance company that got my number when I was looking for private health insurance.  They were calling me to tell me about their insurance plans.  Thought I would respond in case you didn't know. ;)

They also call from 919-842-5903. Same company in N.C.

Calls many many many multiple times a day.. dead air if answered and no message is left.  if anyone knows who or what this is, i'd like to know ..post here!

If you have a smartphone and you want to block numbers, then get the mr number app.  If you put a number on the blocked list you can set it up that it just picks up the phone and hangs up so they cant even leave you a message.  its great..lol

samsung smart phones have the ability to block calls built into the phone. if its an android phone other than samsung, just install a call block app.

did *67 call back - got "American Insurance Agencies Direct", "please hold, calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes" - some drone gets on the phone. I immediately said I was "recording the call for security & verification purposes" - don't know why but he hung up on me.(snicker)

Just take the number and save it to contacts as scam 1, scam 2, etc. then go to ring and turn it off. You will not hear it ring anymore from scam calls or unwanted calls. That is what i did and it works, because you cannot get these calls to stop. I am on the do not call registry also and it doesn't work so i started doing this and i don't hear the calls. Try this it might  help you.

called only to verifie name and hang up .  this kinda scumbag dataminers  should prosecuted!

all it takes is being on a website looking for info---wrong attitude I guess.  What ever happened to do not call registry?? Oh I forgot. If you go to an affiliated website, you essentially give all permission to call.

Calls often.  not sure who it is but there is a huge block of phone numbers surrounding it belonging to Paetec, which appears to be a communication service, so it could be from anywhere.

Never answer these calls, but they keep on coming anyways... guess there's no way to stop them.  I have to leave my phone on silent all day ... inconvenient but only solution I have... can't block numbers on a "smart phone"

Not sure where this came from but I get 10-15 calls right in a row. I have the number blocked so it is rejected but these people need to go to jail for harrasment
