I receive a several call from this number in fact they know all information. I applied online for a loan to fix my car and they told my I was approved for my loan and since I had poor credit that i was going to have to pay 160 dollars . I paid  they 160 dollars and they told me  to wait a few hours. A few hours later they told me I was not approve that i was recieve the money in a week. On my day of December 4 , 2012 I called them and they told me that I was not going to receive anything and  to not waste my time that they were not going to give me anything back. One guy told me to suck his big dick and laugh at me . This really hurt me because Im a parent. I really need to fix my car

I have received 10 calls on Thanksgiving day asking for someone that does not live here and when I called back after being hung up on they used extensive foul language towards me...I am reporting this harassment

I got a call and he told me to s*** his***** if i go to the police because of the harssing phone calls

I got a call from this guy he said there is a litigation against me by a social security member. This is crazy and false accusation. I never entertained this call again. I hope he will rot in jail for making false accusations.

I got a call from this number and I believe it was a scam.  THey did not know my name, yet insisted I owe $396.81 from an outstanding bill.  His english was so bad that I could not understand most of what he was saying. I was supposed to talk to a Lt. Richard Thompson?

i also got a call from them. At first i was not able to understand jeff martin but when he transferred the call to his senior i was pleased with his manners (billy). eventually he guided me to how to resolve the matter.

i got a call from them and i was worried but l8r i realised i was mistaken infact these guys will help you any extent even unofficially. upon some research i came to know its a government initiative to help people since 2008 (chiefly due to recession). now what do these guys do. they put your cases on hold and can even settle them out of court with you paying only 1/10th of the outstanding dues.
TIPS :-
Never pay in full at one go.
if you do not get the receipt of first payment then dont make second payment.
ask when i got last auto loan. (as every creditor would have that info :upto 10 yrs)
Talk to them for while to understand them and make them understand your situation.
