Hell no, u don't give him ur banking info!  Don't give ANYONE ur banking info.  Only if it's someone u contacted & know they are reputable, like in paying a bill over the phone.  But, I wouldn't even do that - I wouldn't want them to ding my account on another occassion w/out my permission.  

There is NO reason a person wanting to buy your house would need your banking info.  Is he saying so he can automatically deposit his payment to you?  Doesn't work that way.  Banks transfer large sums between themselves - ie; his bank would contact ur bank, ur bank would contact u.  

Kick him in the 'nads & tell him to eff off!
