I AM CONSISTENTLY RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO DOES NOT RESIDE WITH ME.  THE CALLERS ARE HARASSING.  I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE CALLS STOPPED.

gotta call from this number by a nasty woman... she wouldn't identify herself or where she was calling from and started to get nasty... SO... she heard my phone slam in her ear... she hasn't called back yet... but I look forward to SLAMING it in her ear again! LOL!  And we are on all the do not call lists!

I just got a call from that number and Im in ari fcuckin zona

No one is ever on the line when I answer the phone, and no one leaves a message on my answering machine. I am at a loss as to what to do. Anyone with any ideas? I have only been called six times, but it is still annoying. I believe it is a collection agency, but I do not know why I am being called.

lady call say she is from circuit city collection dept from past due of 4800 i dont have any account with them

Have been getting calls from this number repeatedly on my cell phone for the past month.  Since I don't know the caller, I don't pick up.  Whomever it is never leaves a message on voice mail.  Two weeks ago they changed their tactics and sent a TEXT MESSAGE to my phone.  The message was: PLEASE CALL 888-500-4790. I did not call the number, as it smells like some sort of scam to me.  Incidently, NO ONE, I mean NO ONE, has the cell phone number that is being targeted as this is a spare phone that I bought for my elderly mother who has never used it, and wouldn't know how to tell others the number even if she tried.  My only guess is that the number *may* have belonged to someone before me -- and that's whom these harassers are after.  Regardless, I wish there was some way to block nuisance calls like this.  What a pain in the butt!

Very Rude, tried to be my friend and would not identify herself or what she wanted - I hung up on her... havn't got a call back yet... tired to call back the number on my caller ID... and it's a fast busy.

They called me and said they were from Circuit City and I owed them for the balance on my card, which was paid years ago.   She said her name was Mrs. Miller and she was very unconcerned that I said it was paid.  She says, oh, okay, very well, then.

my number is unlisted and on the don't call list

they call but, elaborate what they want..they call you by your name like they are your friend..trying to get you pick up or say push #1 if you are or are not this person..this is every single day..i wish I could block this number..one time they say they are collecting for a 1994 credit card debt.
are they for real!!
