When I answer the call, there's no one there, when I try to call number back, says it's not in service.  I am on the do not call list and don't appreciate calls like this

The person I talked to last week (Daviduk William per caller id) said something about a way to save money on the utility bill.  It wasn't a debt collector.

Interesting.  I have received multiple phone calls from the same name on my caller ID. I told him I wasn't interested and he kept calling. Now I just got a call from this number and the girl was offended that I wouldn't hear her out.  We used a fake name in the phone book so we always know when it is someone who got our number out of the phone book.

Calls every day no one on the other end

I get calls daily from 941-792-6496 from morning to evening. You answer and get no response.

Do not ever call me again.  As is evident from my voice mail Msg I do not wish to be plagued by ur calls.  I am on the national do not call list & if u call me again I will sue u.

This number, 941-792-6496, calls me everyday and up to 4 times a day sometimes.  On my caller ID it only says from Florida.
This is harassment!!!  Shut them down!!!

I have the same problem as all of you . You can file a complaint at https.//www.fl.dnc.com.com/fileacomplaint then the page will com up aspx click on and file you complaint with the state. Federal Trade Center at 1-877-382-4357. Ask for Linda

I have this problem also please contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION AT 1-877-382-4357ASK FOR Linda. Also you can file a online complaint to https.//www.fldnc.com/fileacomplaintaspx. If after https try a semi colon. You will have to file a complaint form on this situation

Having same problem please call FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION at 1-877-382-4357 and ask to speak to Linda. I have sent this to several people . Do you realize there are four different pages on Goggle. I wonder how many people have not complained about this situation? When FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION is called they will give a reference number to you for the situation you are going through.

I get a call sometimes two calls a day from, Daviduk Willam everyday. I have called the sheriff's dept. and you can call unlawful call cntr.1-800-257-2969, F.C.C. 888-252-5322 or the, Bradenton Sheriff's Dept . 941-747-3011  and request  they visit the address  2404PALMA DEL SOLA BLVD , BRADENTION,FL or call news center that takes care of problems like these. Someone is up to no good.  I WILL CALL OUR CONGRESSMAN TOMMOROW

Hello, I get a call everyday from David William everyday and sometimes two times a day .I have called the , Sheriff's Dept. today 01-15-14 . The Sheriff's Dept. returned my call today and said they couldn't do anything to stop this it is time for a class action suit

Has called my home phone # three times a day for over a week.  When I call back I get a recording saying that the number is out of service.  It is listed under the name of a William Daviduk.  One time the phone number appeared on my caller ID and READ "name unavailable.  Going to call the phone company tomorrow to report this to them.

Just had another call from this number...man identified himself as William....said he wanted to talk with me about solar energy. When I challenged him about calls when no one answered and when I mentioned phone listed to Richard Dewey he hung up.

Constantly calling at all hours!  I don't know this person, nor do I owe him anything!

After 6 months of daily and weekly calls from this # 941--792-6496, mr Daviduk William, I finally got to talk to a person who said he was represnting  American Solar Energy.When he went into his sales pitch I acted intrested then he said he had a few questions. His name was Scott,and I told him I had a question.Where he was located and why they keep calling me, and to take me off the list. CLICK he hung up.AMERICAN SOLAR ENERGY????????

This spammer has called me 5 times since 12/18/13 and ignores my request to stop calling. Finally had enough and filled out a complaint form for Florida Do Not Call. They id themselves as American Solar Services.

Everyone is in agreement that this number 941-792-6496 has called our home's on numerous occasions and not left a message.  When we all call this number back, the message states that the number is not in service.  Everyone seems to get a different caller ID listing like Richard Dewey, Daviduk William and now Florida.  

This is obviously a phone scam of some sort and I am afraid that we will all find out soon just how we are being scammed.  This phone number is actually a real person's phone number that they are using with computer software to make unlawful calls and I am suggesting that we will be seeing our phone numbers coming up on other people's caller ID soon and looking like the culprits of the phone harassment, while they get away clean.

One friend of mine suggested that the people behind this scam are probably collecting our phone numbers if we have either answered this caller or have called the number back.  Our actions have alerted them that our phone numbers are active. They will then use our obviously active phone number to make international calls (or God knows what other scam they have devised) racking up large phone bills.  It might also be part of an identity scam.  

These scam callers are going doing this for some gain so let's all make a noise by calling your local phone service company, the Florida Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the DO NOT CALL Center, Blog it everywhere and even contact your local TV stations' news center or  "Help on Your Side" news team to report this scam.  Hopefully together, we can get this phone scam SHUT DOWN once and for all!
