Got a call from a John Ramos, Sr. Account Executive with MyTravelPassport.net. Claims that I have had an account with them for a long time, that it's been inactive, that I have "4,000 in equity with them" ???. I have no idea who these people are, but it sounds and looks like a timeshare company.

i am being harassed by someone claiming I have a debt with cheap trips .. claims its from 2008...never received any info via the mail nor calls prior,,, told him to send info n stop calling me till I receive info

First time they left no message. Second time, I answered but nothing on the other line. the name of the company seems to be Effectus marketing. I have reported them several times to the DNC complaint site.
