I get these calls all the time. I am on the state and federal do not call lists. Someone do something.

They call using different numbers all the time, so it is almost impossible to block them.  Best thing is not to answer, this way they don't know if it is a live number or not.

Called and left msg about lowering my rates!

When got call from unknown numbers we usually accept the call but not talk anything. They are "identity theft"

Fools left a partial message on the answering machine about lowering interest rates.  Hahaha...whatever.

BEWARE. This is a Credit Card robo-call that indicates "there's nothing wrong with your card" but asks you to "call to see if you qualify for a new rate". Don't fall for it. They don't know who you are and don't have your actual CC info UNLESS YOU GET FOOLED BY THEM AND FREELY GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFO.

I had some time on my hands and I called the number. The message went very fast for me. But I think they said they were "MAC". But the first option they offered was to no longer receive calls from them, so I selected that and the machine said, "Thank you".

DNC government is a failure only if you don't read the information concerning DNC. The info clearly states that no action will be taken on individual complaints.  All complaints will be placed in national data base for research purposes by law enforcement working on current cases that the info in the database might be useful in an ongoing case.  It is good to file a complaint about callers like this because they are clearly breaking the federal law by not identifying themselves anywhere in the message they leave.  That is the first clear indication that they are calling to scam you!  Secondly legitimate telemarketers will not call you if you are on the DNC list. It is the ones that are not legitimate are the ones that do call you.  Of course do not bother pressing any identified number on your phone to be removed from their calling list because if you do you have just given them permission to call you more often and to SELL your phone number to other crooks like them.  Wise up, look at your caller ID  if you don't recognize the number don't answer!  If they leave a message, go online to the FCC.gov and file a complaint with them on their form 1088C.  If enough of us continually file complaints on idiots like these the FCC will hunt them down and take them down.  Be percistent and don't answer the unknown callers and file those complaints.  Of course you should file complaints against them on the DNC registry site as well so the law enforcement people can use that info against criminals as well.

Did not answer, let it go to voice mail, no message was left. Today they called 3 times within 2 minutes - apparently they redialed as soon as they got voice mail. I am on Do Not Call list. I filed a complaint at DoNotCall.gov website.

Just received a call and a voicemail from this number, the voice mail is not incomplete, and hard to understand.

a recorded message tells you that your credit is okay, but for lower rates....  then press 9 if you want to be removed from receiving calls in the future.  well this confirms that DNC ran by the government is a failure.

I got a voice message, blabbing on about reducing my rates....  No idea what rates they are referring too...  I hate these calls!!!
