few days ago got a call from 949 201-4098 did not pick it up and no voice message...today I've answer the call and the guy said he is with NCL Auto Insurance but would not tell me more...anyone knows what this all about???

Received phone call from 262-353-4763. Called the number back, the phone didn't ring, but I had to call back 3 times because they kept hanging up on me. Finally, on my 3rd attempt, a woman answered and said she was with LCN. Oddly, their phone did not ring, again,  and she still answered the phone. This number has called NUMEROUS times, this is borderline haharassment if not  more.

At the end of the day who the f*** cares it's a phone call that you could either hang up or keep talking the art of telemarketing is finesse and in order to get "finessed" you have to be less intellectual then the "finesse"  
After reading all of these comments it's just plain to see you need a topic if discussion because you could go to the main website and it showed me exactly what the f*** they are.

As a current employee at LCN, I just want to clear up a few things as I have discovered that the only things I have found when I search the company on Google are negative. Hopefully there's someone out there that is still being harassed by us that will see this and find it helpful. PLEASE, if you want us to stop calling you, all you have to do is take 5 seconds to ask us to take you off the call list. If you just try to mess with me, sit there breathing into the phone or immediately scream obscenities and then hang up I have to mark you as "Not available" and your number WILL go back into the system and you WILL be called again (multiple times). Yes, I understand calls like these are annoying. I get them myself, too. But please don't forget that I am also a human, not a robot, and you should treat me as such. You were ultimately the one who submitted your own information some way or another and you should be aware of the fact that MANY companies today will retain and sell that information again and again. For those of you on here that are saying "telemarketers are the scum of the earth and they're all out to get me blah blah blah" first of all let me ask you something, did you think I chose this job because I was genuinely interested in it? The way the economy is now I am lucky to have a job at all, especially one that pays more than minimum wage. Do you think I really give a damn about saving you money on your auto insurance? Nope, I sure don't. Don't treat me like s*** just because I have a different job than you do. As for the company itself, sure, yes it's shady, it's a telemarketing company. What do you expect? For those that are saying you'll sue me because I violated the law for calling you and you were on the "Federal DNC List" all I have to say is LOL. What we do is considered a "survey" and we don't actually sell anything. You could try taking legal action but it'd just be a huge waste of your time. Some of the employees may be rude or incompetent but like most call centers, they will hire just about anyone. I myself was given a short 5 minute phone call and told I was hired right then and there. Places like these obviously have a high turnover rate. Personally I have no problems with any of the managers, they were actually quite helpful in talking me through my first day and helping me resolve problems. I get to sit in my pajamas on the couch drinking coffee while I call random people, so for now it's a good enough job for me. :)

Got a call on my cell from this number.  Interesting since I haven't owned a car in well over 20 years so I would have never filled something like that out.  They didn't leave a message.  

I received a call from ph.# 408-419-1832, insrurance co. called "L.C.N.". Stated they received info. that I was looking for a car insurance quote. I told the young man that I wasn't looking to change my car insurance. He said it would only take few minutes. I told him not right now maybe later. And then he said thank you and hung up.

Awful management! Leo Martinez is the main supervisor. He is a rude ignorant a**. He does not deserve to be in any kind of position of authority. He treats employees like s***. He will ignore you when you have a question or problem. He won't even make eye contact if he just so happens to answer you on a rare occasion. DO NOT work for insurance express aka lcn. 100% cold calling. In the intro we literally say "the reason why I am calling is because we recently received some auto information for local agents and carriers to produce a quick auto insurance quote" when in fact we did not. The most we will have is an address an email and a date of birth. And that info is often incorrect to start with. Interesting as I just got a call from a local number stating the person was from LCN and was calling me about insurance quotes that I requested.  When I said I never requested any quotes the person quickly hung up.  Sure sounds like a scam to me.

Blows me away, they give you just enough to get more info out of you and then theyu will call you back supposedly, if u have my info then why ask.  this is bs and the number for the corporate she gave me is BS alsio, 866-527-2545.  stay away fro these guys...smells fishy.

It's from signing up for something, craigslist or ebay buying/selling, or porn site.

I received three calls from this number today.  The first, nobody was there.  The second time it went to my voice mail but they did not leave a message.  The third time, I answered and a lady asked for my name.  I asked her who she was and she said LCN. I then hung up on her.

They called to verify my info witch I never gave out

I just got a call from them.  I informed them that I am on the Federal Do Not Call list and they stated it did not apply to them.  WRONG.  I have already contacted the Feds to inform them.  I think I will also send the Feds this site so they can see how many people this is truly annoying, especially since very few people even go to the trouble of checking out their phone number.

I shall overlook the quaint charm of a near-illiterate post such as yours accusing someone else of being "ignorant" and point out the real difference between someone who works "with" as opposed to "for" an insurance company: The one who is working "with" is hoping the person receiving the call doesn't know the difference. If the mark ? excuse me, I mean "potential customer" (cough) ? overlooks or doesn't understand the difference it is exactly what the telemarketer intends. Misleading without actually lying, a long-established technique of con artists and unethical salesmen.

You are so ignorant. First off our numbers generate with out software so there is no long distance being charged with the thousands of phone call that are released daily. And 2nd off I can assure you she did NOT say she worked for your auto insurance. Maybe she worked WITH but not FOR. Big difference. You filled out the form like everyone else online, were not telemarketers, you are the ignorant one ultimately submitting your information on an online form. Blame your self not us. And yes we had your name and DOB, we didn't ask for you vehicle on the form, that's why we ask that. Nothing about our company is a scam or confidential. It's ALL BASICA INFORMATION VERIFIED.
