If you don't reply your cell phone provider takes it as authorization to bill you for some "premium" service you signed up for by not replying.

Received an un-authorized message from this number at 1:44 PM CST on 3/28/2011.
"Tight on Cash? So is everyone else! Get the emergency cash YOU need. Go to www.CashWireNow.com for INSTANT APPROVAL. Your cash is waiting. Opt-out rply STOP"
I would recommend not responding to the message as it will confirm you as a valid recipient in their SPAM list. A-holes!
