Doesn't these spammers know they're calling my cell phone, and it costs me money?  They left me a mortgage refi VM, call back number is 714-5510951.  Even if I was refinancing they'd be the last on my list.  Die spammers.

Such degenerate slime bags. They are so pathetic and conniving that they hang up or leave a harassing message. They are violating federal law and even worse how do these bottom feeders sleep at night? That's the best they can with their life....sad

Just got this call - left a voice mail but it was mortgage spam as well.  Entered the number into a "spam" directory in my phone so if future calls come from this number, it won't ring.  Robocallers should be made illegal because like some others, I do NOT give out my cell number except to certain trusted people and spammers don't fall into this category.

I received a message from someone calling from this number. 949-207-3375.

The message was about loan rates.     The telemarketer or auto-dialer called my cell phone number which is a number that I have given only to these parties.....mom, husband, Bank of America, Capital One, Wells Fargo and Universal American Mortgage (UAMC).      

Due to some prior telephone spam problems, my number is new and I give everyone a number that "forwards" to my telephone number.

Since I received the Spam call directly to my telephone number and it was not "forwarded" to my telephone number, I know one of the above parties have sold my telephone number to a list company.  I believe UAMC sold my telephone number as they do mortgages for Lennar Homebuilder.      In the future, I will only give out a "forwarding" number so I can better screen out the Spammers. It's a lot easier to change a "forwarding" number than to pay $25.00 and change it with the telephone company.    Use Skype for example.

yes, these two numbers are connected.  i have had calls on my cell from both.  have brought this connection to the attention of the ftc, do not call.  may go farther!

as a company that handles refis they'll need all SORTS of personal info...won't they?

oh, and when i called back, the kid says yes, he's heard of the do not call list, but they are a "non profit" so don't have to conform to that.

btw, hcl global is a real company back east.  nothing to do with refinancing.

I am on donotcall.gov list and just now got a call from this number . three times I said hi with no response.

Guy leaves a message stating that he's, "calling me back about my mortgage rate dropping" to pretend that I instigated this phone call.

Representative said they are HCA Mortgages, a non-profit company and a subsidiary of New American Funding, Tustin, CA.

They claim that HCA is exempt from the national do not call list because HCA is a non-profit and fees they earn from mortgage referrals are donated to charities.  Had them put my number in their do not call list.

Me and my family members have received calls from this same number. I am starting to get suspicious of whoever this is. I think its time to take some action but am unaware of what this action should be.

When I called the company back at the number provided in the message, I get a company voicemail system for "ACA Global Relief Services" or maybe "ACA Global Resources".  Hitting '0' to try to get to an operator then takes you to another voicemal for a company called "Black Dot Wireless."  Either way, ultra-sketchy.
