We get a call from this # almost daily!, which on the caller id..it says cell phone CA! I cant remember if this is the "credit card debt" one or not...but...BUT we have -0- none nadda zip nothing! No credit cards what so ever! I only use pre-paid cards! & thats the only way to go ! :)

I got to speak to the friendly customer service a**hole who informed me he controlled the call and hung up. We get 3-4 calls per day from these jerks.

We, too, get lots of calls from this phone, Ramona Wendt shaws on caller ID, try to call her, get a message Voicemailbox is full".  Will try cluephone's suggestion next time. Reporting to Natl. Do Not Call for what it's worth.

I found a solution - This works for my phone "problem callers". right after the call, dial *60. then #01#. That will block the last call, until you remove it. Also, dialing *57 right after the call, will trace the call and send it to your provider's security department. After three such calls, the caller will get a warning from the police.

Ramona Wendt is the name that shows on our caller ID, too, and when I googled the number, Frank Jones of Irvine, CA is identified.  Ramona and Frank - the Bonnie and Clyde of the technology age:)  Although "Ramona and Frank" continue to harass people, what I have read on all of these sites is encouraging and convinces me they will be caught soon.  Report everything you know - there is strength in numbers!

These idiots are calling from this  number as well as 203-584-520l.  Don't talk to them!  It's what they want.  Pressing 1 only makes it worse, because it gives them some kind of authorization to contact you.  I am certain that a "semi-legitimate" business will surface as the source of the calls.  Whoever gets that information first needs to post it on every one of these web-sites available.  Collectively, we can go after them and stop them.

I ended up looking the company up online "card member services" - called this number 1-877-999-3872 and requested they take me off their call list!

I too rec'd phone call from this number..same thing..credit card services BS. I never rec'd any notices. Its a scam of some sort. They call using 800 # services  ID, too. I've reported this to the Nat'l no call directory, but that hasnt stopped these jack***es from calling

These people call from 2 different numbers, same people, same rudeness.  They call several times a day.  When you call it back, mailbox is full.  There is no option to remove your number.  These people don't sound professional at all.  I am contacting my phone company to report and file a legal complaint. and I will call 877-FTCH HELP.

This is not the only number doing this.  I have recieved numerous calls over the last few days and they all come up "wireless caller" on my caller ID.  There are numbers from the 630 area code and 949 area code, both claiming to lower your credit card rates.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!  I would love to know how they are getting passed the Do Not Call list?!?!?!

I just got a call for the 2nd time.  Same message from..."card member services"..."courtesy notices sent to home"..."last time they'll call"...yeah, right.  I tried to turn in these people because, as I understand it, we are on the do not call list, but they get out of it because YOU are "asking" for their service by pressing "1".  If you don't answer "yes" to "did you press 1 to lower your rates" they hang up.  Any unrelated comment you make will cancel the call immediately.  Wish I had a way to block their number...it's just as annoying as any other tele-marketer call.

Received an automated robocall call from "Card Member Services", 949-241-6589 (caller ID: California) at 8:31pm, 24Jan2011. I've been receiving the same robocall from different numbers (ie 702-595-4597, (caller ID: Wireless Caller) for the last couple of days. An obvious criminal ID scam.

I have also been receivin calls form Florida, Las Vegas, and now Orange County in
Calif.  I have been on the donot call list for a year or more.  what is with this system if we still get calls.  Here it the number they used to call me tonight.  I can't type but X.3. and the 1.3 will not type in that code validation rectangular box.

Buy a cordless phone.  Not a cell phone, a land line with a base station that plugs into the wall and a cordless hand set.  Carry the hand set in your pocket whenever you are awake.  It won't stop the calls but it will make it easier for you to get to the phone.  

From reading the other posts in this thread it looks like the caller is a scammer.  They won't listen to anything the better business bureau says.

I don't know what to do.  I'm handicap and it takes everything for me to answer the phone.  I Have to answer because I don't have caller id until it's too late.  I have tried everything.  Mad, sympathy and then finally crying ,  I just don't know what to do.  Please help.  Does the better business bureau work?

Received several calls from this number in reference to credit cards.

This is a scam...so whatever you do...DO NOT give these crooks any information!!!  I keep getting calls from them from different phone numbers.  They claim to be from "Card Member Services"..saying that they can lower interest rates on your credit cards.

I can't remember how it is they do this, but, they know how to "link" into a phone line, use a non existent phone number, and make these calls.  They are trying to get credit card numbers.  Again DO NOT give out any information...keep reporting them and the various numbers they "borrow".

Do you know the penalty for the crime you are committing? Well, get ready. Your website and phone won't be very important soon...

Today i recived a call from this number, i told him "yes i've got alot of debt and would love to cut it in half".. He started to tell me everything he needed from me to get things started...  "But before we get started i'd like to get some info from you" i said... Asked the Companys name and what state they were out of and he told me (Account Services out of Atlanta, GA)..   Also asked him to hold for 1 sec while i looked them up on the internet and he said "oh i can give you our website after I get all your Info...  So i told him "oh it wont take but i sec on my work computer, I work for the Better Business Bureau, "click..............   LOL

I keep getting these phone calls all day long from this number I looked up in the Phone Whois and they gave me to me its a T Moble number for I asked if they could remove the number and they hung up on me.

We get these calls once or twice a week. Now they're coming from different numbers, so I suspect spoofing. And it's the same message-- identical recording!-- every time, from "cardmember services" saying there's "nothing wrong with your account BUT" et cetera ad nauseum.

I file complaints with the appropriate authorities each time, but it really feels like I'm pushing this boulder uphill for naught.

I received a call from this number today and thankfully didn't answer.  I've received calls from other numbers that show up as "Cell Phone" and other names I don't know and it's the same message!  Someone needs to make this stop!  I'm on the DNC registry!

I came home from work and saw this numbedr with the name Ramona Wendt on the telephone.  Called the number and receieved that same "satisfying" customer service as you all did.  When I told them that I work for The Bank of New York Mellon in Investigations, that's when they quickly hung up on me.  I have reported the number to the FCC, FTC, FBI, and the New York State Attorney General.

Just got a call from this number, automated message says its from card member services and several notices have already been sent to my residence and this is my final notice. Pressed one for "friendly customer service representative", Shallena (sp?) answered and when I asked her which account they are calling about she hung up. Did a reverse dial and got a message that the mail box for Frank Jones was full and try back later. Caller ID only says California.

i just got a clrom this number,i didnt answer because i didnt regonize it,they didnt leave a message but caller id says RAMON WENDT

gets calls everyday from this number. have requested many times to have number removed from calling list. sure this is a scam.
