This is Fake. i have ordered HTC inspire 4g on 01/05/2014 till today i have not received neither the item nor refund..iam totally frustrated with their service. most of the time they will put you on hold or disconnect. i tried around 30+ time this f****ng no 949 266 0151. the XXXXX own response. they are cheating don't buy any product.

ANy one please advice how to take action on this. i have lost my money , time & patience.

Save your money. I said the same thing and ordered the IPad Air 128GB. It is now 7 1/2 months later and still nothing. You cannot get person on the phone, they answer all emails the same that they are waiting for the vendor. You will never get a refund from them. I contact Better Business Bureau and Avobuy hasn't answered them. I called my credit card company finally and they are investigating. Maybe I will get the money refunded from them but it is so long that maybe not.

Just to let you all know. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I did not find out the hard way but here is the low down. The reason it takes 60+ days to ship is because that is the cuttoff for most credit cards to do a chargeback.  When people realize that they got scammed, the credit card company wont refund the money because of the time to file a claim. You need to understand your CC company policy and also look into UCC rules. These are the Universal Commercial Code that is used for all international affairs. Just think, they are taking tons of orders, probably millions of dollars worth and they will be long gone before anyone even starts to investigate what is going on. Nice trick but there are better ways to make money or get out of debt. One way is to stop the de facto government from ripping off the average citizen. LOL

So you want somebody else to get scammed using their money just gamble if u want to find out. I'm calling tomorrow for the iPad 4th gen. To me it's worth the gamble for a $800 iPad for $250 u herd what the guy said they gave him his money back

I have been waiting for my order over month and half. My payment was cleared with in few hours. Seems like they are specially builiding the phones i ordered. Horrible customer support because the reps don't know what to say. All i a have been hearing is new excuses.

How long did it take the 4 phones to come in?

i bought 4 iphones at $130 each from there and 1 vacuum - till now, I only got the 4 phones, but not my vacuum? where is my vacuum???

i baught from them two orders in total 451 USD ,but they didn't ship they refunded my money to my account after few  days and they did'nt email me for the reason they did this .i tried to call them its always some music no customer support or automated message ...

This phone number is avobuy.com. I came across this site and looked up the phone number and came across this post lol. Hopefully that gives you a reason on why they called! If you bought anything from them, please let me know! I want to purchase from them but I don't want to be scammed..
