these numbers which call you are cell numbers more than likely prepaid services being taken up by scammers but for the life of me why they call peoples phones to leave stupid messages that dont even make sense of anything is beyond me. I think they are all on drugs or have a mental problem , its pretty stupid to pay out money to call someones phone with these lame messeges or texts for that matter.
Government apparently loves opening up pandoras box, guess there jobs are boring... poor babies.

I just ignore phone calls & numbers that I "do not" recognise or know! If it needs my valued attention then leave a message, then I might call make! So I just listen to my ringtone until I hear it no more! BTW...my ringtone is the "Walking Dead" theme!! Now that's a killa TV show!

I work for county Mental Health Department and have received numerous calls at my office phone from this number. There's a beep and then the call disconnects. I called the number back and got a recorded message that says "Good bye."
