i was just looking at this site, and i saw someones comment about this number and they just called me. i havent even looked at online school info for months since i am already taking a class online. i told the guy that..  i would like to know where they got my # from

I've received a call from the same number.  Coincidentally, it was after I posted to Craigslist.  I have also received marketing text messages from a travel site after posting to CL as well.  Coincidence??  Could just as well be from other services I signed up for.

I received two calls from this number and finally called it back yesterday. They are from ChooseADegree.com.  My boyfriend thinks it may have been for him because he had the cell phone for a little while before he met me (same number-he gave me the phone when he was done with it) and he thinks he may have signed up for something with them online and for some odd reason, NOW they're trying to contact him.  But they don't leave a message and there's no one there when you pick up.  When I called them back I asked them to remove me from their call list.  We'll see...

Same thing happened to me today. This number popped up but I didn't bother answering it. These job searching sites sell our numbers to anyone that wants to try  to sell us something.The number was 949-335-1137. With me it was the same as the rest of you, they left no message.

I received a call from (949) 335-1137.  They left no message.  It appears it may be a business that should not be calling my cell phone

I received a phone call from this number, too. The area code is from Orange County, CA and they did not leave a message. My personal rule is that if it's that important for me to call back, they'll leave a message. Usually they don't. I went to college in The OC and am currently back in school to update my computer skills for free tuition, so if they are trying to link me to a diploma mill or trade school, no thanks. I'm taking classes at a real accredited school in my community and it has already been helping me in many ways.

they get your info when you post your resume on hotjobs or careerbuilder sites.

no message when i called the number back it said to the degree or choose a degree.. couldnt understand
