Spam sent to my mobile - not happy about it

I'm very annoyed.  This is not the first time.

They texted my cell phone stating they can reduce or eliminate back taxes.  A reverse phone lookup shows the number as a cell number located in Irvine, California.  No other info is available for free. My number is on the DNC list and is unlisted so this is unsolicited spam texting.  

It may be of interest that I have been receiving recent collection agency calls from (803) 326-5032 and (803) 325-1158, both from the same collection company.  I have spoken to that company directly and advised them they have an incorrect phone number.  I am not the person they are attempting to contact.  They could have forwarded my cell number to this recent contact as a form of additional harrassment.

Text msg regarding eliminating back taxes. Very annoying.

got same message from this # on may 23rd at 6:12pm. i texted back to remove me from their call/text list. we'll see what happens.

I received this same text on May 20th at 4:20 PM.

This same thing happened to me. I gave my number to a tech support guy at avocent and he promised me he would not give out my number....well 10 minutes after we talked I received this spam text (which was the very first time I have EVER received a spam text)!!! I am pissed! (I am not blaming this guy, but I think it is strongly possible that he did this)

I don't have any debt!! Why I am receiving this message. Whoever send this message to me. You owe me $0.25 for me receiving this stupid ad!
