They keep sending me text messages about "owing the IRS more that $10,000". I am on the do not call/text list, and yet they keep sending me these texts. I have to reply out each time, yet that does not seem to deter them from sending me texts. I have registered complaints more than once.

"back tax" unsolicited text. 2nd in two days from same area code. I am on dnc registry. Also replied "out" each time. Gotta love this new era!!

Considering these are text messages that COST people money - I would say it's illegal. I have never given permission for a 3rd party to harass me like this. And the excuse of "we don't always get notified if a number is on the no-contact list" is BS!! It's THEIR responsibility to verify this BEFORE they f with you.
