wont talk hangs up??

Lead generation company for debt settlement services.  Said they were located in Orange County, CA.  The CID says its a wireless number, and it rings busy when you try to call it back.

Got 2 calls from this number. They just hang up.

Called at 6:52 pm Wed 05 October 2011 and 3:08 pm Tuesday 08 November 2011, no sound from other end.   One of about 8 similar unsolicited calls a day, for the past year!

Said Hello, Nothing.

Constant hang up calls. Says, "Hi, is this Ralph?" when I say yes, they hang up.

Always calls my phone - never leaves a message. Very annoying.

I answer the call from 949-379-1384 and person keeps hanging up.  The caller hangs up when I answer.  When I call the number back, I get a fast busy signal.  How can I block the number?

Loud speaking guy asked me about medical bills.  Then he asked me if I knew my credit score.  Very rough, I don't need to talk to anyone about a credit score.

Assertive, aggressive female calls talking over me as I explain that I received a call from this number yesterday.  She tried very hard explain that I had financial problems.  I only have 2 bills and my credit score is great so I didn't feel the need for them to call me when I just sold a house last month, my car is paid for and I share a mortgage with my spouse. She was very rude and gave me the last name of a beer brand.???

I answer the call and person keeps hanging up.  It simply shows "Out of area 949-379-1384"

Guy speaks in rough tone asking if you have a past due bill.  I said no.  Then he went on to ask me about my credit score.  I said I was unemployed and couldn't do anything about that.
