They contacted my EMPLOYER!! about a summons. They left a number to contact them (949-829-3460)...which I am NOT calling, after seeing this page.

I got a call from an Ohio number saying that I was summoned to court. He asked for my birthday date which he knew, but I would not confirm any information. The gentleman then gave me a number for a law firm Howard and Associates, I called that number as well and for some reason wasn't given any information, but was told that i would get a call back. I definately think its a scam!

Got a cal from this # who had alleged that my wife needs some summons delivered ...Spoke to a Dave Simmons who did not wish to disclose their address but wanted my wife's social sec # ...what a scam by Howard and Associates who use CTS to find their victims ... so beware !!
