Employment/Education Spam.

Keep getting calls from this number. Finally got somebody on the other side when I picked up. She confirmed my name, then went on.

Seems to me It's either a scam/fishing site, or some school pimping to get people to sign up to "extend their education." The first thing that crossed my mind was that she/they were looking for private information to submit to the Dept. of Education so they could get more per-head in class money from the government.  

Even told her I'm 72 and retired. Didn't seem to make any difference. She started pushing liberal arts courses. I asked her if she had any courses that would teach me to fly jet liners as I'd always wanted to be a pilot.

I honestly don't think she heard a word I said.

SAME HERE!!  I was afraid I missed a call from a prospective employer that I interviewed with in Irvine.  I just put both of their numbers into Google Voice so they will hear the standard, "This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service" recording.

Class action is a great idea but what will we claim as damages?  Psychiatric Distress?  :-)

I have received these calls and I have asked them for the last 4 weeks to take me of there call list.
The numbers that call are 949-383-5234 & 949 383-5235 and they say they are a Educational Referral Service but even that I asked them to stop calling they continue. I'm thinking of contacting an attorney and the channel 2 news and put them on blast to show how much harassment they do if anyone is interested in joining in I can be contacted at amadrid@executiveuniversalservices.com

I answered the phone in both english and spanish and no one answered so I hung up. I have caller ID and each time the number called it said Irvine Ca.

I am glad that I am not the only one....I was worried that my ex bf calling me.....kinda of scary.

I received call today for the first time. I have been applying for jobs on line ..sooo irritating how these people get my number...

I suspect everyone here has something in common, that they posted recently applied to a job posting on-line?

I finally got ahold of these people.  They are an Educational Resource company and assist people in getting college funding.  They were calling me 3 times a day but now they have removed me from the list.

They call me everyday. Who is it?

I think these guys are a debt collector. It's amazing that these collections agencies can get names of people that know or they think they know trying to get them to give a fwding phone number....DON'T DO IT! Tell them to f*** off and call them back every time they call you and mess with them. They are debt collectors.

I too have been getting calls from 949-383-5234 for about 2 weeks and I never answer and they never leave a message. I am also on a do not call list and am starting to get a little angry that I am getting them ALL the time. Can't people be left alone when they are a do not call list?

Im amazed how i am not the only one who has received this call from this  number. It started yesterday and i didn't answer and i just got another call and didn't answer what the hell do they want.

I got a call from 949-383-5234 on 5-9-2013 and did not answer. There was no voice mail.  I called the number back and a male voice answered saying "Educational services, how may I help you.  I then hung up.

949-383-5234 and 949-383-5235 have continuously called me and leave no message.  I am on a do not call list.  Who are these people???
