Call saying they could relieve my debt! Asking if they could contact me! I am sure they were going to ask for money and I would never see any results! BEWARE!

I did not get a call, i got a text message that says
"Do you have 10k or more in credit card dept? Our debt relief program CUTS your payments and total debt by over HALF. No upfront fees. May we contact you?"
WTF? they are texting now?
