We are on the no call list.  Utah diabetic supply keeps calling us for a free tester and they just want to get us hooked  to sell us strips and medical supplies.  I called Medicare and they gave us a 800 # to call and report this behavier and we keep getting more calls, all foreign speaking people.  the Number that calls us is Utah  #801-934-3091.    they don't give up.

I received a text message from this number at 3:32am last night with a message stating "Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification......." and it continues.... I am on a NO CALL list and this is unsolicited texting.... I want them reported.

Got unsolicited text from this number about mortage stuff. Called ATT and they cannot and will not help me. Any idea how to stop this?

Received a text at 4:45 AM! re: mortgages. My number has been on the do not call list for  years. I called the number when I got to work on a back line, the mail box is full & not accepting new messages.

949-413-5415 - Just received an UNREQUESTED TXT Message from 949-413-5415 at 11:45 PM CST! It woke up my wife and kids! This is ridiculous! I WILL be reporting this TXT directly to the FCC immediately, as well as to their ISP and Hosting Service. The SPAM TXT states: "loanmod-gov.net  Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we please give you a call?" NO you SOB's, you CANNOT give me a call! STOP TXTing me! These are the exact same people as 714-454-7576! I'm tired of all these late night UNSOLICITED TXT Messages from these people. AT&T is ABSOLUTELY NO help with Blocking these pricks, so I'm going directly to the FCC, and filing a formal complaint against them, yet again. If need be, I WILL visit the offices of the companies who are involved in sending them, as I fly for free ANYWHERE in the USA, so it's NO hassle for me to just show up on their doorsteps with a Lawyer, District Attorney, and State Trooper in-tow.

9494135415 sends unsolicited txt message in unholy hours. FTC should ban 9494135415 for breaking government regulations. My number is registered with the "Do not call" registry.

I got the same message tonight. Has anyone said "yes" to the "may we call you" question? Perhaps this would get a live person on the phone, thus requesting to be removed from the list.

got this unsolicited text re: mortgage pymt modification and they ask at the end"may we please give you a call?" i am reporting the number to AT&T so that i wont be charged for the text or any possible call from this number. i am also on a do not call registry and tend to file a complaint with the FCC. if you are being charged minutes or per msg may i suggest you contact your phone serviceing company to let them know this is a scam # and not to charge you for it.

When I tried to call them back & ask that my cell # be removed from their list, a recording told me that the mailbox is full & when I went to send them a text message from my work computer, it would only take half of the message until they answer the 1st half.

this number must be connected to 562-243-2976.  The same sentence structure is being used for these spam texts.

MY 12 YR OLD RECIEVES TEXTS AND PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT.  WE BOTH HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING BUT THEY REFUSE.  THIS IS REDICULOUS I WILL REPORT THEM TO WHOMEVER NECESSARY TO GET THEM OFF THE PHONE.

Same as the rest... I have received several of these texts to reduce my mortgage... same we address given as well.

I also got a text message from that number on 8/21/09. I never responded to it and I am on the do not call lists. Couple of days later there was an unauthorized charge on one of my credit cards and the credit card had to be cancelled. Seems like a security breach of some sort where personal information about us was stolen, such as cell phone and credit card numbers?
