Have received two text messages from these people, from two different numbers, early in the morning, and have been woken up by them.  I am registered with the National Do Not Call List.  I read that this number is registered to a scammer in China.

"Homeowners, we can lower mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we give you a call?"

I received a text message from this number (949) 439-7109 on September 16, 2009 at 3:03 AM Central time.  I had to actually PAY to get this stupid intrusive spam message: "loanmod-gov.net  Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we please give you a call? <19494397109> "

When I phoned the number to find out who it was I got a recording saying, "I'm sorry but the person you have called has a voice mail that has not been set up yet. Goodbye."

Idiot spammers.  Wonder if they're up to no good at their website?

I keep getting texts on my phone from California based telephone numbers asking me if i want to be part of their debt relief program. I reported them to the FCC the first time and told them not to text me...The second time i did.. I then told them to call me in which i got texts from 2 more different phone numbers but i got an unlisted Land line 949-203-2526 ext:1103 Darren i reported this number. I called this number it finally gave me a company name "National Loan Relief" I cannot find any info on this so called company/program

Someone think this is a scam? Their text messages got on my nerves...i at least gave Darren a piece of my mind for texting me at 3am... I dont like getting texted at 3 in the morning.  This sounds like the same person

Just received a text from this number solicitating service on debts.  Sent a reply inquiring who is was and of course no response. Attempted to call the number and after a few rings you hear a busy signal.

received a text message regarding credit card debit for more than $10k...i have never owned a credit card.

NO it is not legal for them to text or call a CELL PHONE.  Totally ILLEGAL.  You must be a plant or not very knowledgeable about the current laws regarding telemarketing calls or TEXTS to cell phones, faxes, etc.  Read up on the law.

Unsolicited text at 1:15 a.m. offering to help me resolve any debts over $10k and asking if they can call to discuss this.

Got a text asking if I would like a call about lowering credit card debt. Very spam like. Isn't this illegal somehow?

just got a text message from this number nov 17, 2009 @ 748pm.
it says:
"Attention first time  all home buyers! Tax credits have just improved and extended for all home buyers Resspond YES if you would like more information."

you would think they'd at least spell their texts right. losers.

Well,it appears they are still sending unsolicited text messages as I received one over the weekend.  Surely there something illegal about this texting on cell phones

Got a text about my so called Mortgage which is really amusing to me because I rent. I refuse to buy a house (property tax is insane in CA) No mortgages show up on my credit line so its not identity theft. How on earth do I stop these text messages!!!!

This is the second time in the past 12 hours I've received the above mentioned texts. This last one at 6:30am pacific time. This is harassment and must stop. I replied in this manner and may continue to harass them today at regular intervals.

FYI, IRIS HANSEN is a victim too....I spoke with her personally today 9/23/2009 as I took this information as valid, she called me back.  She has nothing to do with this company, loanmod-gov.net or ever has, and is receiving very rude phone calls daily.  She's tried everything to try to clear it up.

I feel for you!  I find these text messages and similar phone calls incredibly annoying and intrusive, expecially since I'm on the "do not call" list, don't subscribe to magazines (which are horrible about giving out or selling people's information) and try to be very careful about my personal information.

I'm turning the text feature off my cell phone.  So sick of spammers!  It will save me some money AND aggravation, as well as the intrusions into my privacy.

I got this same message about 10 minutes ago.

They aren't replying to me texting them back, but I'm debating just paying for the reverse-phone lookup report, but I'm not too sure about it, since every site says something completly different as the orgin.

It says, held by blue Licenses holding, CA  in Orange CA.

Received the same text message as everyone here, at around 12:30pm. Will not text them back; it's enough that they already wasted one of my plan texts without my permission.

Combined with the sudden surge in repeated telemarketing calls I've been receiving, I am worried that someone sold/gave away my information to these despicable "businesses".
