Get calls every few days. Want to help lower utility bills.

They just called.  Guy on the line said it was "Chris, calling about your bill with PG&E".  Since I found out these guys were just scammers--I pick up the phone, and greet them with dead silence.  Poor old Chris said Hello? Hello? a few times and then I hung up.  I find this a particularly satisfying way to deal with the scammers.  Curse words are optional--but the silence is hopefully frustrating to them.
