No message left but they're clogging up my caller ID.  I have no prior business relationship with this outfit (never heard of them before either).

Caller Id shows Option One

Option One calls from this number up to 7 times a day...but NEVER leaves a message.  This is not considered a collection attempt.  I work in collections....LEAVE A MESSAGE!!  I only know who this number belongs to because I called the phone company and asked them to look up the number.

This is collections for Option One Mortgage. The customer service rep. left me a message and confirmed it was Option One...they are looking for payment.

I get the same crap that everyone else is. Calls at all times of the day several times a day and no message. I am so tired of this I am going to complain to my cell phone carier (I don't have a land line) and see if I can get this number blocked. If everyone keeps calling and saying that they are getting harrassed then maybe we can change this. I DON'T want to change my number and I shouldn't have to due to harrassment.

keep getting phone calls from this 949-502-7100 number. When i tryed  to call back i would get a busy signal. It was such a problem i called my telephone company and got my number changed at no charge due to harrassment and entered number in do not call list. YOU SHOULD DO IT TOO!

Both husband and I received this call/no one there/receiving multiple times.  What is up with this?

I received a call today from this number n when i answer it said "we have n important call for u but all of our represantatives are busy, please hold n someone will be with you shortly" i didnt have time to wait so i hang up, i return the call later and it says all circuits are busy now, i tried once more and get a busy signal..

I thinkit is time the US goverment  step up and protect us its tax paying public to keep companies from being rude and harressing.
They can not even speak english in most cases.

This is a call from Option One and we want to know when your payment will be made? I get this harassment from this HR Block owned Option One Mortgage company every month I am one day after the first in paying my payment. I tell them I want to speak to someone in the US as I DON"T do business with foreign countries and I get passed from one Indian to another. Hadji just doesn't get the idea so, now I don't answer them anymore....

Got a blank voicemail from this number today. We have an Option One Mortgage, and have had one late payment - 18 months ago. They call every month and if we answer, we go through the same routine - No, I will not be sending any money today. No, I will not arrange any kind of payment with you. Payment will be made before a late fee is incurred, probably on or about the same day we have made the payment via electronic transaction as we did last month, and the month before.
Since there isn't anything they can do, and they are incredibly rude, we just make fun of them. Ask them about the weather in Bangalore, that kind of thing...

I also got the call from 949-502-7100. Really rude asking me my name.
When I said I don't want to ever hear from him again he said he will call
every day. The caller had a Hindu accent.

I just got a call from this number.  Nobody on the other end.  i got the same recording when I tried calling it back.  I have n option mtg also.  I'm sure they are calling looking for thier payment.

Started getting called a week ago. Have gotten about 10 calls so far. A couple times I answered but no response. Once I received a recording that it was imparative that I return their call. When I don't answer they never leave a message.

Started getting this this morning - 3 times so far and I won't answer phone calls from numbers I don't know...

I received a call from this number for Option One Mortgage, from their collections department. They left a message to call a different phone number. It may be a random caller ID that collection agencys use to get their calls answered.

Received 2 calls today.  I answered the 2nd one and it says, "We have a very important message. Please hold for next available attendant".  I held for about 3 min, listening to dead air.  Finally hung up.

Get calls almost daily on my cell in Texas. No mgs though.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number. Didn't recognize it so I let it go to voice mail. No message left.

I just received a call from 949-502-7100.  Tried calling back and auto attendant says "call can not be completed as dialed".  This is the first time for me.

Have received 3 calls from this number today.  No one there when I answer.  Tried to retrun the call and I got a recording that said All circuits are busy now.  This happend two days ago as well.
