MagicJack answering service

doesn't answer...just rings and hangs up

Same here. Called on my work line. No Message. I have been getting 2 to 3 home improvement related calls a week.

These clowns have been calling forever. I sometimes pick up and let it sit there - usually there's nobody online and it's quickly disconnected. Today around 11:15 AM some fool started talking, asking for me by name. I asked who was calling and he said David from Crown Construction. I interrupted his pitch and told him I was on the DNC; he said he didn't think that was around anymore. I said yes it is around and you guys are breaking the law, and if you call again I'll take legal action. When he said he never heard of that law, I said "then you're either an idiot or a liar and I don't waste my time with either." Told him to never call again and hung up.

Of course none of this will do any good until our legislators grow backbones, but at least it made me feel a little better.

thanks Jo I have a form letter that I send out (snail mail)  to any company that I can get the number and or address to informing them that I am on the do not call list and that the Federal Government will be getting a copy of it with the official complaint form

its stored in my computer I simply hit print and spend another forever stamp that I bought two years ago

The guy that answered the phone called us by some last name that wasn't ours and said he was Mike the Window man.

Crown Construction has just joined the ranks of the other bottom-feeding scumbags in my Teleblocker!

The guy calls me at 9:30am today.  Very friendly voice, used my name.  Asked if I was Mrs. *****.  I said that depends on who you are.  He said, OH, We don't play those games, have a nice day.  LOL.  When will these people get a clue that I do not buy anything nor do I contract for anything via  a telemarketer!  So tired of these calls.

The company is called Triangle Construction. They use telemarketers to solicit business. They don't care if you are on the do not call list, but call once a week. Here is their telephone number and address so everyone can complain to the FCC.

Person called from 949-0630-2965 this morning at 9:28 am. I asked nicely for them not to call again.
This rude individual told me to "back off" and would continue to call.

I now have nine pages of these telemarketer scumbag calls.  Today he only rang 3 times and hung up.  I don't know what the answer is.  I have had the DNC list, Verizon (no help at all) and police try to stop these calls.  Maybe I should hire a detective to try and trace them.

Called back and got "The magic jack customer you are trying to reach is not available.  Leave a message after the tone:..."

I was about to hang up when a caller center noise bleeped in and a guy (John Lewis??fake name??) asked for me by name(really blew pronunciation thereof) and started a spiel about some home decorating/remodeling BLEEP, I said DNC and hung up.

Calls weekly and on Sunday's Blocked it with my Digitone Call Blocker This thing is great an you do not even hear the phone ring

Just got a call from some guy with a foreign accent.  Said his name was Kevin Gold.  When I repeatedly asked what company he was with he hung up.

Another call from this number.  No ID, no message.  I never answer, yet they persist in calling me.  Morons.

Literally now, if I found out who was behind the calls coming from this number I'd murder them. I want them dead. If I was to spend the rest of my years behind bars I'd accept it. Having the satisfaction of eliminating people like this from the earth would be a most rewarding experience.

Called me this afternoon and I get a lady on the line saying that they're doing home improvement renovations in my neighborhood and my home "qualified" for remodeling. I asked the caller who they are and she say's "Crown Construction." I asked the caller why she thought my home needed remodeling, and she hung up on me. The funny thing is that I live in a new subdivision. All of the homes are only a year to two years old! Now does that qualify for any remodeling needed?

Caller ID: OUT OF AREA. Left no mssg.

It's a phony number. Call back and its a Magic Jack recording. I ripped on the jerk for calling number on the DNC list and he said he didn't give a f@#k about that and has a good lawyer. Pointless to file a complaint because its not the real phone number.

Called again today and spouse hung up.  Nobody there.

Saw this # on my callerID, called back and got a "magic jack" recorder asking me to leave a message.  This is definately a telemarketer/scammer.   Have him blocked on my phone now. Loser.

Just got a call from this number.  No ID, no message left.  Just more aggravation.

Hopefully the person who has this number reads this and understands that if I find you it won't be good. You are harassing and do not scare me one bit!

Tied of receiving calls from this number. Someone needs to shut this number down.

Called and at the two second mark I heard a lady with call center background chatter ask for my spouse by a name he does not use.  I called back to check the number and got a message that voice mail was full for some company name that was probably deliberately garbled.  I think these are the same folks that called from 949-630-2964 last week.  Only the last digit is different.  I told the person "NO" and hung up.
