i got almost an identical call a few moments ago... i'm not sure this is real... but they didn't ask for any $ from me... but still they say they are looking for my husband to serve him papers... they even called MY ex mother in law and gave her the case # etc. clearly violating privacy laws since these two have NEVER met. i don't know what to do about this .

I just received a call from this number 720-432- 8817 . Asking was my husband home and the cops were on there way to subpoena him to family court. I need to call 949-639-9389 with the comp number 59114-19nc. Please look into this I know it is a scam but there is a lot of people that may fall for the scam. Thank you

Got the same call saying they are gonna sever me papers. I called back and the guy was very rude to me.

said they were Jordan Law Firm: they were going to serve papers on me, call on my phone and my 85 year old handicapped mom's phone. they gave a case number..
I have called my attorney to handle these idiots.
