Same number... they contacted my mother who lives in another state telling her I have authorized them to give her some legal paperwork?? Ummm NO, that never happened. It's another tactic of trying to collect on something that was either disputed, has already fallen off my report or is about to.

There is zero legal recourse that can be taken and for the record if they really wanted to reach me, my info can be easily found haven lived in the same city and registered as Process Server from the State Supreme Court.

They are a debt collector who practices illegal practices I had a account close in april 2005 and this year In 2013 they had sent me the same voicemail.  Statute of limitations in Ca is 4 years after breech of written contract which a bank account is written agreement. My statute of limitations ran out in 2009 after my bankruptcy attorney threaten to sue them they never called again and even offered a apology as they were mistaken on the account yea right they just think throwing throwing arround a legal firm that doesnt exist will scare people into paying and once you pay a penny it starts back over.

The call comes in as: UNKNOWN- but then a WEIRD-Sounding man leaves a VERY GARBLED message that is impossible to understand,- with the exception of VERY few words, such as:  
"Unsuccessful Delivery ....... legal action.... Company.... .Paid.....  contact the company....   (He quotes a garbled "file number" here) ...   for our services.... ......@949-648-7718"..--- I'm not 100% sure WHAT this is- BUT---  IF it was some sort of "Medical Billing Collection Service", I dont understand WHY he sounds like he's requesting I contact a DIFFERENT company Than where he's calling from??--AND also, I believe,- ( in MY STATE) - EVERY attempt to "collect a debt" MUST INFORM that individual upon the immediate "connection" or "commencement" of the call at the ONSET of the connection,- that,- "This is an attempt to collect a debt, any and all information obtained can & will be used for that purpose,...blah blah blah" -??? Sooooo...?? Either way,- I'm not calling any "UNKNOWN" numbers leaving garbled, marble-mouthed messages back- PERIOD
