Years ago I got myself into credit trouble with banks and overdraft protection.  For over 5 years all my debt has been paid off that hasn't been declared written-off by the bank/credit company.  Been getting calls now exactly as listed above for an account that has been paid in full.

The idea for Docufile Processing is to purchase debt that is not even reported on your credit report and scare you, trying to convince you that you still owe the money.  Total scam.

Called my work phone at 7:30 pm on 5/18.  Hung up and left no message.They called my house at 7:25 pm 7:26 pm and 7:27 pm the same day, hanging up and leaving no message.  Someone from that area of California accessed my Facebook account on May 5.  At 12:33 pm on 5/19, they called again.  I spoke with a person who said her name was Tiffany Davis of Consumer Location Services who asked whether I was aware that I was going to be served with process on a lawsuit.  When I asked her for details, she said that she could not give them to me.  Instead, she gave me a "case number" and said I would have to call a 1-800 number to get the details.  I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a person who said his name was Richard Dawson.  He told me he worked for "UNCI" but would give me no more information.  He told me that federal law required him to verify my social security number and date of birth.  I angrily told him that I had no idea who he was and was not going to give him any information. He said something about going ahead and filing the suit to make me more cooperative and hung up on me.  I called him back.  I gave him the last four numbers of my SSN, he told me that this was about a store credit card account that he claims was opened in my name back in 2006.  I informed him that I never had any such account and for all I knew, he could have opened it himself.  At this point he became abusive, telling me that I was "the most ignorant person he had ever spoken to."

They called me looking for my ex-husbands wife!! They said that they had court papers that someone had filed a suit against her and needed to locate her.  This is the 3rd time in 5 years that someone has called me looking for her.  I amazes me that they can find me but not her.

I don't know this person they are asking for.  They said something about so and so receiving if they are available to receive this document.  Caller ID is listed as saying the name of:  DocuFile on all of these calls.  Here are the last three numbers I received this week that the name is listed as DocuFile:  949-734-1113, 443-897-5470, and 334-345-1456  The first two calls said nothing...very quiet, never answered me.  The last one did answer:  949-734-1113.

Don't know who this is and they said something about Fraud, and some unfamiliar name.
