They have called a couple times before but I let it go to voicemail and a guy gives me a 1-800 number and his extention telling me to call him & calls me Peat!

They called me today in Canada. When I answered I even heard someone breathing on the other end before they hung up. I have nothing to do with their line of work . . .

Now these losers are calling escort ads, and they have my name and try to say I had called them and left  a message to buy silver. I told the jerk that I would never do business with any company that has to lie abut how they happened to find my name and number as we both know I had never called them.  Then he rudely hung up on me.

Called my cell today - left no message. I don't have any business with these folks.

These morons have been calling me on and off for the last couple of years. When I pickuptheres either no on responding or they hang up. Very frustrating, anoying and intrusive. This time when I returned the call I actually did get thru to a monex operator who asked me did I want my number taken off thier list. Hilarious, after a 3 minute diatribe to her about the annoyance, she asks would I like the number removed. That question doesn't bode well for this harrassment to stop.T

I looked up the number and it said (949) 752-1400; monex.com. 4910 Birch St, Ste 103, Newport Beach, CA 92660. I guess they buy gold and silver.

MONEX precious metals dealer - Called them once to request their info and they have been relentless ever since - do not call or you will wish you never had.  APMEX is the better way to go and an A+ with the BBB and accredited as well and the spreads are less.  MONEX is as well, but they are more expensive and will call you forever and never leave you alone!

I've received 2 calls from this number. Both times it showed, "Private Number", the first time called, I hit dismiss call, the second time I answered it and it sounded like a fax or modem. I've added the number to my blocked number list.

Monex has been calling the past 2 days.  One call yesterday and 2 calls today.  When I pick up no one on.  When I let answering service pick up, they hang up.  I am on the national do not list and never did business with them.  They are trash and I will report them to the AG's office in AZ as well as The Nation do not call list.  BTW, the jerks from lower your credit card payments are back.  The Fed. Passed a law to knock them off the phone, but do not enforce yet.  I guess it's just like immigration laws.  If they keep pissing me off I am going to spend some money, and find them.  I will then let my baseball bat do the talking.

It's MONEX. I purchased some silver from them 3 years ago and now they pester me with phone calls. Many times, they hang up when I answer. In the future, I will just immediately disconnect.

I got a call from this number. I said hello twice, but no response. There was noise in the background. I even heard someone say, "what the hell was that?" Then they hung up.

I am getting call from this number and when you say "Hello", it gets blank.

Caller ID:  1-949-752-1400.  I wasn't home, they left no message.  They've called multiple times.

949-752-1400 called my cell phones multiple times, every several days or so. Kind of annoying.

This number has called my home number and my fax line numerous time this past week, and when the line picks up or I answer it, they hang up.

Yeah, they just called me too. The phone rang, I picked it up, and heard a "click" as if someone deliberately hung up. I did *69 and it came back to 949-752-1400. I didn't call back since it's long distance but got on the computer to see what I could come up with and this website popped up. Why do they hang up????

This is a telemarketer. they say they only call you if you request info from them...but we all know that isnt true. i called and told them if they call me again i will take charges out, since ALL my phone numbers are on the federal DO NOT CALL list.

Yeah it is monex a gold and silver trading company. I requested some info from them a year or so ago and they call me nonstop now. I am glad I found midas resources to get my gold and silver from, they never pester you like these guys.

Jst received a call from this number. I couldn't answer at the time. I am on the do not call list, so don't know how they have my number.

We just got a call from this number, 949-752-1400. The person who called asked for someone who's name I couldn't even understand.  Asked him who he was asking for, and again he said something that didn't sound like any kind of name.  I told him to speak clearly, and he hung up!

U mean preciously falling in price like gold has been doing, I know that is a buying opprotunity!!

I  have gotten a couple of calls from them, I answer and they just hang up on me.
My guess is that it is just lazy telemarketers trying to up thei number of calls dialed

Called my business (im a Florist) and, and when she asked me to repeat the name of the business again she didnt know what a florist was. Seriously?

I am on the National Do Not Call list and your phone calls to my number are ILLEGAL. STOP CALLING ME.
