Robo call regarding lowering credit card interest rate

Kep getting calls from this number over and over at least 10 times a week or more. Have never answered the call, but have tried returning the call and all that I have gotten is either a fast busy signal or it picks up and sounds like a bunch of numbers being dialed all at once and then nothing........Very frustrating...

This number calls and hangs up. Even if I answer it, it is blank. Dam auto dialers. Been getting it for two months now. I am running out of ways to block these jerks who waste my phone battery.

They come accross as CTI on caller ID. They apparently have many numbers. I have blocked as many as I can but only have 10 call block numbers and am still getting calls. My number is on the Do Not Call List

We have had REPEATED calls from this number. Would love to know how to stop this unwanted intrusion. It's impossible to call the number back and speak to a person (i.e. supervisor).
