I really have no idea what they are doing, or what they want. They simply hang up with no conversation at all. If i could get their address I'd like to pay them a visit.

I get calls from this number CONTINUOUSLY. I picked up the phone once and didn't say a word, just listened to whoever might be on the other end, and eventually someone, a male, started saying hello as if waiting for me to speak. I didn't and they eventually hung up. Next time, I may not be so quiet.

A Mister Walker called from this number when I asked why he was calling he hung up.
Have no idea who these folks are or why they're calling me. Tried calling the number back and it doesn't ring.

this is CTI harass phone, useing a lot 949-752-28xx and 949-752-28xx calling and hand-up to harassing residents. Do-not-call can not stop them because CTI registered as.org. So brazenly harass people.

Two CTI companies in California.
Only 1 is suspect as far as I'm concerned. Collection Technology INC
founded in 1954 with corporate offices in Monterey Park, CA 91754.
Their website is shown as [dot]com. They consistently call at the infamous
"dinner-hour".
The second - is educational for someone wishing to be a "coach". Their
home office is located in San Rafael CA.

Keep getting calls from this number (949) 752-2873. Comes up on Caller ID as CTI. No idea who it is, but they call often when I'm at work and never leave a message. Any idea who it is?

Got a call from this one also... seems there are a bunch of related numbers starting with 949-752... just started calling me recently, but hang up...
Makes me wonder--is there a company that offers service to block such calls? if so, it wld be a good marketing strategy to first spam people, get them upset & then cash in by signing them up... hmmm...
