I've looked this company up before online and CTI is a debt collection agency dealing with school loans.

these guys call me, then stop when i tell them to stop, only to start calling again 3 months later.  this is like the 4th cycle of this process

Hi ALL.. I kept searching until I found something.  Here you are. Now you can call them apply for a job and check them out. Maybe they hang up when English speakers answer?  Lets drive them nutty :)

I have received approximately 100 unsolicited call from this number over the past several months. I've even contacted my local police department and my state attorney general. No help. They just don't stop!!

Do not want any more call from this number!

Been getting calls from them forever too, I usually miss the calls because I am busy, and when I call back its busy or I get clicked a few times then disconnected.  Real dirt bag way to do business, I would never want to be affiliated with that kind of work.

I keep getting calls from  this # and no one says anything just hangs up after a few seconds of me saying Hello . I get the call almost every day now. This is ridiculous. how can I make it stop I am on the do not call list and this is really annoying

They have been calling us for months from other numbers as well.

949-752-2879; 949-752-2874; and 949-752-2837 are ones I have kept track of.

When we blocked these numbers, they just call from a different one (like the one above) so we firmly believe they are just harassing us at this point.  They have not honored the fact that we are on the "DO NOT CALL" list either, so we filed a complain with the FCC today.  If enough people file complaints about them maybe it will have some impact.

These guys are outrageous.  SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!   No matter how many times they are told to stop calling, everyday the calls continue.  In my belief this is not a legitimate business,  I believe them to be unethical, immoral and just outright shady.

Once again beware of these guys!!!!!!!!

I will continue to warn people through comments like this every time I receive a call from them.

this number keeps calling me. when i try to call it back i just get a busy signal. very annoying. i wish they'd stop calling.

Rec'd calls from this number, always tell them to stop calling.

they cont to call my cell even after on do not call list .

They won't keep calling all hours of the day and night.

We get several calls per week from these people and they always hang up. We are on both the TN and the Nat'l Do Not Call lists and still they persist. Why is there a Nat'l Do Not Call list if the FTC isn't going to do anything about these people? It's SO annoying.

Receive calls from this number regularly with no answer

number comes up all the time on my cell phone.  i answer a second or two goes by then there is a click and the call drops
