I have received numerous calls from this number looking for someone I do not know. How they got my name and address is beyond me. This is harrassment and this company will have all calls blocked for my number!

Beware, there could be more to this than meets the eye.

Apparently her phone # is a convenient method to circumvent the bill collector
that these deadbeats are trying to avoid.  She's too kind hearted to do or say
anything.  As her personal representative I now refer these to her attorney
for possible civil litigaton against those wrongfully disseminating her #.

Received a call asking to speak with my brother.  Said he was Dean Perry and my brother listed my name and address, if they need to get in touch with him.  Wanted to have papers sent to my address and wanted to know if I will sign for them and take responsibility in making sure that he gets the papers.  I questioned, what type of papers are you talking about.  He then proceed to say, unless I am his power of attorney he can not discuss with me.  He continue to say that my brother has been summon to appear in court (civil court) and that's the most he can tell me.   He gave me a reference number and a phone number 949-812-4682 said he was calling from Coast Mitigation.  I told him not to have any papers sent to my house because my brother did not live at the address he was referencing.

These people called my sister today for the second time saying I wrote a check to a check advance place in 2005 for $963 and said I used her as a reference! They have my SSN! I never wrote the check and told them that but they won't let up. I also told them that my sister didn't get that home number until 2 yrs. ago so I couldn't have given it as a reference. I also asked for information of the place I wrote it to like the city, address, etc. She said she didn't have it so I know it's a scam! I have put a phone call into the police dept. Hopefully something can be done.

I too just received a call from Dean Perry of Coast Mitigation 949-812-4682 looking for my son.  Had my address and want to serve me regarding his breach of contract.  I called back, asked how he had my info, said my son gave it to them.  Told him my son has not spoken to me in over 5 years and that this same guy called my mother a few months ago asking the same thing.  The man was rude.  He says the company name so fast you cannot understand.  I asked him to spell it and he said I told you the name 3 times and I am not spelling it.  He eventually spelled it.  I told the man that due to my line of work my name and info is not out there and I demanded he tell me where he got the info.  Again, he was so rude.  Based on the things I a reading about this company somebody needs to stop them.

these people keep calling from 949-812-4685 or 9449-812-4687 and threaten you that they have a  warrant or summons for you.   They call family, friends.  They idnentify themsevles as CMA and will not give you their name.
How do you stop this?????

Dean Perry contiuously is calling my in laws referencing their property and asking me to call him about the property.  I have no affiliation with their property, and he will not leave them alone.

These people called my mothers home looking for me for a supposed case that was in mitigation.  Not only did Jenny harass my elderly mother but she hung up on her.  My sister happened to be there and called Jenny back and she released whaat she thought was my personal information.  She had the wrong DOB and SSN but she released what she had and it was released to my sister, not me.  Today I call to find out what is going on and she hangs up on me.  I call back and she answered and hung up on me again.  I call back and a man answers the phone and tries to use threatening tactics with me and when I give him what for, he hangs up on me.  I am very upset with this company and these people giving out my personal information.  Thank goodness they don't have the correct information !!.  What can be done to stop these people?

I got a voicemail from this number yesterday. I just called back & "Dean Perry" actually answered the phone:

Me: Hello, you left a voicemail for me yesterday ...
Perry: Was there a Ref #?
Me: Yes # 873661
Perry: I'm looking for Dorel (cant remember Surname) ...
Me : Nobody here by that name, no idea who they are" ...
Perry: How long have you had this number?
Me: 7 years
Perry: This number came up on a credit report
Me: Again I have no idea who this person is
Perry: Ok I will remove this number from their file
Me: Ok thanks you, goodbye

I received a voice mail from a Jenny "telling" me to call this number and also said it was in reference to a file number 86753. She had the worng first name and the wrong mailing address. I was hoping she'd call back when I was home. Two days later and I haven't heard from her yet.  Come on Jenny, call me.

This morning I got a call from someone identifying himself as Dean Perry.  The phone number on caller ID was 949-812-4689.  He said he was looking for my sister-in-law regarding a breach of contract and also claimed to be from something Mitigation (I didn't catch the first word).

This caller, Dean Perry, is a scam artist!  What can be done legally to a person like this? He called looking for a person with our same last name regarding some liquidation. He got very rude when I refused to tell him whether or not we knew the person he was referring to

this dude called people I never even spoke to looking for me.. can we do more than just report on this site

i got the call from him last week. He was calling in reference to "Essence Jackson" and refered to my property and mine and my husbands names. He then said it was about my Sister and to have her call him. She did and he said she owed money from a Citi Bank acct from 1999.

Message Received on 09-02-2008. Caller identified himself as Dean from Coast Mitigation.  He said it was in reference to a person we do not know, gave a file no. and said it was in regard to our property and he had our exact address.  When I called the number it went to voicemail for Dean Perry.  I did not leave a message.  I see several people have had similar calls from 949-812-4684 also from Coast Mitigation.
