Calling for a relative, first it was a message stating  call us back by 10 am tomorrow or there is no need to call us back, and now call back reference file # ___________, we need current address info. I get these calls on a daily basis.

I've been getting this call for several months, don't think it applies to bad debt as I keep up on all family members credit report.  Suspect this may be a phone phishing scam for those that call back.    This situation should be investigated by the Fed's.   But wait, elections are over, do we really think this government is interested in helping the taxpayer?

a person from this number called me was very obnoxious, disrespectrul and rule, speaking to me not in a business or professional attitude as well as asking personal questions.  This is an experiment that I have never experience before from a person who is representing a company. I am now going to contact the media about this harrassment from this company.

These people just called my mother looking for husband and stated "They were from police department homicide division and needed his information immediately" They have contacted her about 8 times in the past week. This is ridiculous. There has to be somewhere they can be reported. I thought it was illegal to impersonate the police.

they call me 10 times a day.  Even on sundays.. even at 9:30 at night. they called my family members they called my ex's family. These people are awful and low-life fake collectors.  I have no debt if i just bought a house and they still call.   they should be put out of business.

Sent call to  VM which stated:  This is a message for __________.  This is not a sales or marketing phone call.  This is a message concerning business you are currently conducting.  Please call us back 19498124680 (Caller ID was 19498124697).  Thank you.

About 6-8 months ago, had numerous daily calls from this company.  Reported them to the FCC and my State Attorney General.  The calls stopped for a time, but started again as of today.  What does it take to stop these companies from harassing people?!?!

These people are CRAZY! They called my work, my ex-husbands new mother in-law and sister in law. When I called them to ask what this is regarding and to never call my work...they hung up on me! I have to call them back but I have a feeling its not going to be a good call. SCAM!

I recently received this call from CMA with the same following voice mail message..... "This is CMA. We have tried several times to call you.  If you do not call back this number by ten a.m. tomorrow, there will be no need to even call us."  

This is such a scam and these individuals calling from this BOGUS company are truly so desparate.  If they had any intelligence they would use their time and energy in finding a "real job" rather than scamming for a living.  For all of us receiving calls from these scum bags DO NOT entertain them by calling back or even giving a second thought to their message(s).....IT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!  and they actually get off on you (and anyone) calling them back to figure out and try to understand what possible debt they could be referring too.  Do not buy into this scam nor continue to feed their sick intentions by calling them or responding.  The best defense is to report them to AG (or FBI, if you choose), block them from calling your phone number (call block feature) and simply not responding!!  I am writing here as well as to inform all of you and anyone else they will call soon to let you know this is a SCAM and  do not waste your time nor energy with these SICK F@#K's!   Also, I do not have any outstanding debt as well as excellent credit rating.  Bottom line.....they are scamming to get your money.   I hope this helps all of you that have (or yet to have) been contacted by these non-legitimate idiots.

given as his/her place of residence. When I told them they were wrong they asked me if there was any
to get a message to them. Told them, "Do I sound like I'm  the whte pages information rep.?"  " do your own job!!, and hung up! Waiting for a call back. Nothing yet!!!!

This company called looking for a cousin of mine that I have not had contact with in years..  They also call my Brother looking for this low-life relative of ours, we assume its a bill collector because the man owes everyone money including me..  We tell them that we are relatives but have no information on the person.  They said I was lying basically and they would call the cops to my house and I said bring it on, call the cops! Now that was funny! They have my landline number which I never use so I am lucky.They are very uneducated ignorant people probably working for commission so they are desprate.  I do believe it's awful they harrass innocent people though and I owe no one money but the IRS!!! I will report them maybe enough people do and they will get sued!!  Hey cash call got sued they were relentless!!

just received a call from 949-812-4697 a person who said his name was Dean.  because i would not give out any information he said well you will when the marshall comes to your home. bring it on then. yeah i wonder too how do they get the land line numbers. i changed my cell phone number i've had for years because of this same nonsense. sick of it!

My guess is debt collection scammers.

They call me often looking for a relative who has never lived at our residence. We've asked to be removed several times but the calls continue. Just received a vaguely threatening voicemail that if I don't call them back by 10 then there won't be any need to. No company name, no person's name just a threat. Its laughable but annoying all the same. We've been receiving calls from this # for years.

Rcvd call w/canned message, stating to press 9 if I am the person they are trying to reach.  Very unprofessional.  So I blocked my number and called back.  I had to "aks" (ask) twice what the guy's name is (Mr. Watson) and the name of the company (CMA).  He speaks in ibonix, sloppy and garbled, very unprofessional.  He acted irritated that I couldn't understand him.  Then impatiently asked how he could help me.  I told him, "you can't" and hung up.

They called me looking for a relative I do not have contact with. They claimed they needed to get in touch with the person to serve papers to appear in court. They told me if I didn't give them information police officers might appear at my door to serve the person papers. I told them I had no knowledge of the person they were looking for's whereabouts. They assured me they would remove my phone number from the file. 10 minutes later they called again. I suspect the person they are looking for has debt collectors after them because it has happened before.

These tools used to regularly "robo call "my cell phone with urgent messages for "Bette Davis." They never said precisely what they wanted, but on occasion, they gave poor old Bette the business, telling her that "they" wouldn't be able to help her if she did not promptly return their call. She never does, because she's dead (and I am clearly not her). My guess is that these guys are shady bill collectors who are fishing for a lucky break. Once, some guy at this number left a brief message, demanding Bette's property address. Uh huh, like that's ever going to work. . .Fail.

apparently they will attempt to make contact with any family member of the person who owes the debt.  i think it's unfair for those who do pay their bills to get harrassed because someone they are related to don't.  geez.
