They called me today.  Have been calling my parents house once a week.  State they need to schedule a time to serve me a summons.  Told my mother I was "about to miss a court date" lol... How are you about to miss a court date especially since they haven't served me my "summons" yet.  I have been getting harrassing calls about the same bogus debt for YEARS!   Attorney General says not much you can do about it.  They can't sue you of course but they change their names and numbers so much you can never catch up to them.  I have filed numerous complaints.  The state of Main bureau of credit protection has sent cease and assist letters on my behalf... The letters just come back...  I guess there is comfort in knowing they can't actually do anything to you.  Just super annoying!

I received a call at my job today from Will with Quantum Support Services.  He gave me a case number and phone number to Jordan and Associates and said if I did not call them within 2 hours to settle a matter, then I would be served papers at work.  I asked him why haven't I received any documentation that I was going to be sued or that I owed money to someone and he had no answer to that. If somone is sueing you, then you at least should've received some documentation/letter in the mail that you owe someone.....duh.  These people are a scam.  They will call anyone they think is related to you and use there SCARE TACTICS to get money.  PLEASE BEWARE!  

If you have your bills and affairs in order, then you should know this is a scam and ignore the foolishness!

Hello, I am calling to report some unwanted and un-necessary calls from this company...They are calling under private numbers, various numbers, and they are calling and harassing someone that i re-sided with 3 yrs ago, she is up in age and ill and does not need to be upset at this time. they are stating they are trying to serve me and have been unable. they call my mobile but will not leave any specific information as to why the are calling just a case number. Now they harassed the person that I lived with, but when she asked the name of the call they refused. please stop these harassing phone calls. I am disabled also, currently suffering from lupus and severe migraines, this stress is totally un-welcomed at this time

Well this guy called me back again after yesterday.  I told him I was onto his scam and he said "if you think its a scam your wrong" told him that i read all of the above online and said if you want to contact my attorney you may call him.  He asked for that number and the name of the firm.  I hung up (was trying to call him bluff)  then my boss came in and I told him what was happening and this idiot (from Quantum Services) kept calling and calling and finally we had to tell him we were contacting the police and the calls stopped!  Very persistent, I feel bad because they are going to steal money from someone!

Received a call from 949 829 2391 as well.  Did not answer using a name of an organization.  Someone called my work place stating his name was will stating he was a process server with Quantum Support.  Then proceeded to give me a name to the above mentioned number stated it was a law firm and gave me a case number..   I asked Tom to call my attorney.

Guy was a fast talker and was miffed that my boss wasnt in until the afternoon.  Told me to call and gave a case #.  After reading the above and not finding anything after an extensive google search just threw the message away.

Received a call from this number stating they were Quantum Support Services stating that they had made one attempt to serve papers on "Jane Doe" who is a girl married to my grandson.  She does not live with us or near us.  They left this 949 number along with a case number stating I had to call them back about service of legal documents on her, not me.  I have no idea how they connected her to me.  My grandson doesn't even have my last name. No answer upon trying to return call. Strange... Scam I suppose.

Guy said was trying to deliver legal documets and to call jordan&assoc. No ans.

Got a message from Quantum support services with this 949 #, something about failed attempt to deliver a legal doc. Asked me to call bk to reschedule. I did, and I got answering machine for Jordan & Associates.

Same call had a case # with name did not call back

Same as above,  but the caller called my exhusband and my son. I tried calling back, and I got a answering machine for Jordan & Associates.

Same message as above.  Left voice mail.  We'll see if anyone calls me back.

I guy called my job asking if he could serve court papers to me.  He had a case # he gave to our secretary. When I returned the call, no answer. And I called him back less than 5 minutes after he called. Scam
