it's 3A.M and i'm receiving aa text about debt consolidation. I attempted to call, but received an invalid number message. Would love to give them a piece of my mind

Ditto. These damn telemarketers are driving up my phone bill!

Just got a text from these people.

"Do you have 10k or more in credit card debt? Our debt relief program CUTS your payments and total debt by over HALF. No upfront fees. May we contact you?"

I got this as well.. Recently i've been looking at appartments, I wonder if it's based on that.

The lead group aka "debt relief 321" is couple of con artists who spoof cellphones. They are located in costa mesa CA. Website is: usatlg.com
If you say you're interested, the call you and get your info. Then they have another guy call you to discuss your loan modification. What they are doing is 100% illegal. Their website says they service the public with "opt-in marketing" but instead they harass people 24 hours a day.
Cellphone carriers appear to be helpless for some reason. I'm preparing and gathering all materials to take these guys to court.
They are complete scum.

I just received a solicitation text on my cell from this number asking at the end if they may contact me. I did not answer. There is no option to unsubscribe. I called this number from another phone and the number is reported as "not reachable". I hate this. How do I unsubscribe? Is my only option to contact state attorney general and report this telemarketing?

got the same text this morning at 6am---they are out of california---no idea who it is but im going to find out then start texting them

received a text message at 1010 pm asking how much I owed in credit card debt and to contact number for options

(949)8786331 called me. i have no idea who they are and they wont leave me alone!!

Received this unsolicited msg about debt consolidation (exact same msg as received by "Playing With Fire", as noted above) on 17 Oct 2009 at about 2:35pm CDT.

I believe this is the second time I've received this, though I don't recall exactly the last time several weeks ago.
