When they first called about refinancing my mortgage, I politely let them know I already refinanced and then asked to be taken off their list.

Since then, they call daily between 5 and 6 and just hang up. Every weekday. Nonstop. I reported the number to the FTC, and no luck. They just keep calling.

At what point can you file a lawsuit for harassment?

I am sick and tired of these calls!  Reporting them does nothing... and that's why they keep doing it!

The caller id is Sam Stamper.  No message nor is there anyone who answers when my phone is picked up. Calls several times a day.  Definitely a nuisance call considering my # is on the DNC list.

I have been getting daily calls from this person. Every time I answer the call there is dead silence. I call the number back and voice mail picks us for the office of Shannon Brief. Whoever these yahoo's might be they need to stop calling my house daily before they get a formal letter to the FTC.

A guy called from Newport Beach CA (caller ID) claiming to be Chase and asking about my FHA refinance. I told him that he must not know what's going on (because we're in the middle of a sale) and he asked me if we were gonna argue or talk. I had no clue I was arguing with him, mainly because I wasn't. He couldn't provide verification of being Chase when asked so he asked if an email would provide sufficient evidence. I said sure. An awkward pause followed. He said, "What is it?" I replied, "My email?" not knowing what he was referring to. He hung up on me. If he was really Chase, he'd have my email. When I called the number back, from caller ID, I got the name of "Shannon Brief" or something (a man). Scam call. Don't answer.
