I have advised them to stop calling my phone number,but will not stop.

I get calls 5-7 times per day.  They are rude and when I ask to speak with a manager they hang up.  How do I make them stop?  Oh and I am not MAUDELL BUCKNER! This has been going on for almost a month.

so  why  u  giving  to  permission for   u  r  credit  check.  u  say "'yes"' and  then  we  r   using   u  r   credit  and  looking   u  r   credit   so   u  neaver  ever  giving  to  her  ssn  and  not  4  permission   as  yes   for  ur  credit  chack,,,,ok,,same  of  scam   person   r   calling  u.....

The same # called me unknown.I hadn't applied for a auto loan but i did apply for personal loan....

Just had the same exact phone call .He already had my information on file and said ive applied for a car loan i applied for a personal loan...He kept talking ,so i kept listening.Then he hang up once then called right back .Then he hung up again and called me from 9825643210...DO anyone know anything about this place?He told me the company website was confirmcarloans.com....Didnt see site nowhere......

I also received calls on this.  Congratulations, you have been approved for a car loan.  Kept trying to get me to say yes to the loan and have it recorded so that I would be obligated for whatever.  I too have very poor credit and am trying to get  back on my feet and 0% interest and no money down.....I knew something wasn't right.  And yes, they continue to call me also.  I will provide you with a number  if they call back.

I have had 5 calls for someone other than me in the last 12 hours.  From numbers 203-455-5377, 407-218-5892, 609-779-9702and 646-834-628....

just got a call from these people also.. except it comes up as UNKNOWN on my caller id... they have called me several times a day for the last week or so. So I finally answered it.. I did apply for a car loan on Cars.com and AutoTrader.com, but when they wanted me to confirm my SSN I told them I was not comfortable giving that out... He would not take no for an answer... I asked what dealers they work with in my area and he would not give me an answer.. He gave me a number of 990-485-3417 and a contact name of Paul Atkins.. he even gave me a confirmation number of 521340 and a website of www.confirmcarloan.com.. and then asked me AGAIN to confirm my SSN.. I told him again was not comfortable and wanted to do some research and to call me back, he didnt seem to want to do that.. he then read off a number stating was my SSN on file and wanted me to confirm.. I stated was not going to do that either and was going to do some research since I dont know who they are and hung up... We will see if they call back... if they do I am going to make sure to record the conversation.. and give them a bunch of incorrect information..

I got a call at 10:13 am this morning from 203-455-5377 saying that I got approved for a car loan. It freaked me out since I told the Indian-accent guy that I never applied for a loan.He started confirming with me my full name,address and phone number which were all correct.I asked him when was the application made and he said "last 15 days".When I asked further as to the exact date when was the application for the loan was done he hung up.But he gave me the company name as US Auto Finance and that I can look up their website at confirmcarloan.com.I was just worried coz I never applied for a loan online and since they have my full information,I don't know what else they can do with that.

BTW, the # i get is 212-9999, Since I have been googling info about it, it has brought me to a page wth that# as well as the 1 i see the rest of you having trouble w/. Sucks cause for some reason my phone doesnt bring up the area code, but as I am searching I am finding more and more w. same 3 w/ many other area code all pointing to san diego. Whether they are there or not, i don't know but even after the nast words said on the 9th I can't believe they are still calling. I am going to now figure out a way to play into them to get more info on their company and the whereabouts. I called operater and told them what happend and they could only trace up to the 7th as this was the 9th of june. So I will be calling them back to see if they can give me anymore info on where the call came from tommorrow. So sick of this especially after the language used. These guys have to be stopped!!!!!

I have been recieving calls from this # for weeks. On the 3rd day in a row of calling I asked to please remove me from the list. He said wait , i said know you please listen, and went on to explain we did not need a loan and to please take me off. he kep interupting mam, I said what, he then said "i love you" then a second time, I sat there wondering if I heard right and then he said mam are you there, i said yes, he then said I want to f&^% you. I went to get my husband as i said hold on he then hung up. I am now searching for more info. Today when called I asked where the company was and he said san diego, when i prceeded to ask for a 3 before moving on with his questions he hung up. I am determined to find these disqusting people.

2x today, they leave no msg and the call back says that they r temp not available, i also got a 0000000000 number today...

These people call everyday telling me that I have been approved for and completed a form online for an auto loan. Today they asked me why was I wasting their time asking questions about who they are if I did not want a loan and proceeded to call me a f***ing b***h. wow...

I have received call from this number today.  he said his name is Dennis Miller from  claim investigation and looking for my son. I says he does not live here and I am his mother. he wants to verify his last 4 digit ssn. I refused to verify. he said that my son own $300 loan and have not paid any. they want me to pay $711 by tomorrow 11:00am. I ask which loan company but they couldn't  provide me. I said I know this is the scam call. (because we got same type of call last year) and I will report to FBI. they said that fine but this is the real investigation and he will loose his job (they know his work name). then hung up.

I keep receiving calls from this number as well.  I am going to add them to my blocked callers list, and also send that number straight to voicemail in case the call blocking doesn't work (since it seems to be an international number) I have screamed into the phone several times STOP CALLING and I immediately hang up.  I don't give them time to respond to me and if they call back I scream at them again and immediately hang up.  Good luck to those of you pursuing them to get them to stop their scamming.  I personally am going to just block their calls.

got a call on my cell phone at 6:30 this morning; same issue you all are having; i have verizon and thus was able to block the number so they cannot call me again.

they called me at 7.02am this mornong when i tried to answer we got disc dont they no its against the law to call befor 8am and they cannt call past 9pm iam soo tired of all these people calling me good luck and i hoped this helps .

It is January 2011 and I keep getting calls from these people, so I guess the earlier posts haven't made any progress with shutting these people down. It is quite annoying. I don't understand how they got my cell number because I do not post it on the net. I just set my phone to have their calls go to voicemail without a ring, they never leave a message.

Like everybody here on this 949-956-2358 comment. I received their call at least 2 times a day, for a month already. They called me sometime at 2:00AM, sometime at 5:00AM. They knew my name and barely speak English. They sounded Arabian or India or *s...* something like that... I never answered to their call, but did not hang up on them neither, I just told them to hold & let them hold like that for hour. They never tired but keep holding, I can hear their background laughing or speaking foreign language. I don't know how could they effort to waste their money & their time like that? Also what are their goal? I am pretty sure  that they know, we don't want to do business with them...it seems that they just wanted to piss our people up!!! Do not show your anger to them, because that was what they want to see on you.  Have a good time everybody!

Apparently these people are buying information online. I didnt give them my ss# but somehow they told me my social address dob and other personal information

This number keeps calling me every day asking for Kim. when I tell them there's no Kim at this number, they hang up without giving me a chance to tell tehm not to call anymore. This is very annoying. If anyone has any suggestions how to block the number or report them I would really appreciate it.

Same call received on December 16th, 2010. Guy had a South Asian accent and claimed to be calling about an auto loan. I let him spout off some of my personal information (including an incorrect email of cardeal2@lovemail.com) before telling him that my number was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry and that I would report this to the authorities. After hearing this he seemed very annoyed and told me to report it to the FBI He then refused to answer any of my questions before abruptly hanging up. I also reported the incident to my State Attorney General office and Verizon.

I have had the same problem, they call me and call me and call me...on and on sometimes like 10 times a day, I have asked and pleaded and even yelled at them...when I yelled at them they have yelled right back at me and even threatened me...I've told them I'm going to call the cops, but really? They know they are untouchable,I hang up on them and they call back within seconds just to bust my balls, and like mentioned in previous post they barely speak any English!!! I have called T-Mobile and they are unable to block international numbers at this time...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...how do I make them stop?

They called my wife answered. She asked who was calling...stated my dad! She asked their name again and said his Dad and that was not posible. I took the phone and asked who was this...no answer from them. I don't find this funny at all since I have been searching for my Dad all my life.

How do you report these callers?  I have been receiving calls from them for weeks and havent been answering their calls, now they are calling me at all times of the night.  Most recentally at 5 am!  Im pissed and want to get it to stop!  If it wasnt so early in the morning and I wasnt concerned about waking everyone else up in my house I would blow a whistle in the phone.

I have teenage boys who love to answer our land line when these unknowns call. When he answered there was no one there and he kept saying "hello" finally he hung up. The caller called right back he asked for me by my legal name which is a red flag to my boys and was told I wasn't in and hung up.THEN he called right back and asked to speak to me again and added a "mother f**** to the end of his sentence which sent my son into a rage so he blasted nasty comments (the guy was a foreigner)to him and hung up. So he called right back and he did not answer.  I too am pursuing this s.o.b. as he has barked up the wrong tree.
