I am getting sick of this company calling me 3 to 4 times a day!  I have told them to put me on the do not call list, but they still call.

I was told that the Riverside Public Utilities gave out my number.  RPU denied this and is now investigating

These people call constantly despite being asked not to. I was going to set up a fake solar consultation but trouble is they have my real name and probably address. My number is on the do-not-call list.

I keep getting calls from 951-221-0758 too. They are local to my location but NEVER leave a message & when you call them back, you can't get through to them. So annoying ?. I'm so, so sick of all the phone solicitors, we need to get them under control! Thankfully, I can block them on my house phone ?

This number has called multiple times without leaving a message. I finally started answering and they hang up instantly. When I call back, the number doesn't work or maybe it's a busy signal that I'm getting. Either way, the number is now blocked!!

I've gotten calls twice, but mine is really spooky. Okay, so yesterday (6/19) I got a call from the number. I was kinda worried since it was a local number and because I live in Cali, so I texted the number (assuming it was a mobile phone) saying "Who is this?". No reply, so I was guessing they wouldn't call back.

Guess again! Today I got another call, and I noticed it was the same damn number. I had also gotten a voice message, which really scared the s*** out of me. So I put my headphones in my phone and listened to the voice message.

It was only 40 seconds long. The first 20 seconds was kind of utter silence, just this low beeping noise. Then, I hear people talking, which when I interpret it, sounds like people talking for a police station (it sounded like, you know in the movies, "Oh we got a 1012 on Main Street" "Alright I'm on it") and then it went back to beeping.

So apparently they are a California Energy Company, but Idk why they keep calling. My phone number is old but my phone is new. How come they are calling me now?

Add-on: I tried listening in on the voice message again. It's a jumble of mess, and the only thing I THINK I heard was "Do you think you're on the right lane (possibly said line, but its hard to tell.)"

Idk though.

They are using a robo dialer and calling cellphones is a federal violation as the courts ruled that unsolicited marketimg calls to cells phone penalize those with call limits

I have been getting 3 or 4 calls a day from this number , fortunately my phone doesn't accept robocalls so it only rings once but it does record date and time of every call.  When I call back, I get a busy signal.  At this point, I am going to ignore because the Do-Not-Cal registry sure is no help and they all know it.

They've been continually calling for weeks, almost daily.

CA Energy number is first...they call from 951-221-0758 and hang up every day.  Then an hour later, Titen Solar will call from 888-886-9992 since they know you are home if you answered the 951-221-0758.
I have asked politely to be removed off their calling list, but nope, EVERY day this occurs.
I have DO NOT DISTURB registered on my home phone, but none of this works.

If you can, just block the number through your smartphone. That's what I did, helped a ton!

Getting unwanted calls from them daily  Mostly they just have a dead line   or they are saying they are with the Electric company   What they really are doing is selling solar

I have been registered since 2012 so I submitted my complaint.

This number called 5 times from 0945 to 1235. I work nights and this in unbearable. I am an ICU nurse and it is not safe for  critically ill patients on multiple high risk drips if I have been up since 0930 in the morning. I appreciate this site because I was able to block the number without having to actually speak to one of these jerks, although I am actually tempted just to tell them where to shove their solar panels.

Calls all the time and leaves no message

They call, aggressive tactics they say they are part of DWP.  Asked many times to be put on don't call list, they don't and continue to keep calling. When I recall, there phone number is often not valid or busy all the time.  It is Voip I think.  

called 4 times today, each time a different sub human trying to sell solar, really getting old

my phone is a cell phone, I have moved to another state but retained my phone number every call cost me.  my electric cost at my new home is under 6 cents a kwh on our cooperative electric company so even solar cannot touch my cost.

Just received a call at work from this number, and he told me it is from Green Energy Center, California. He asked me if there is any home owner. My work has nothing to do with this business. I asked him to remove the number from the list, and he said he will.

Annoying as it is, there's not much we can do to avoid getting these calls. One wonderful solution...
I phones (unsure about other smart phones) have a feature in which you can block calls. This has
helped tremendously. Land lines have this service as well, contact your local carrier. FYI....Anyone can
port their land line number to a smart phone. Hope this helps :)

We're getting 2-3 calls daily from this number. We're on the "do not call" list but it doesn't seem to prevent unwanted solicitor calls. Whenever I pick up, they hang up. Is there any way to make them stop calling my number?

I feel like a home invasion when calls come to my house on a phone I paid for, through a service I paid for....how does this happen.  I have called in to the Don not call number and still get them.

951-221-0758, Green Energy Center, has called several times.  I keep asking them not to call and tell them I'm on the Do Not Call List, but they continue to call, and get rude and very persistent f I do answer and speak to them.   They are obviously not a reputable company.

Changing your phone number may backfire.  Your number is someone else's old number.  It may come complete with the pests the previous owner was trying to get rid of.

Contact your phone company.  They may be able to block the calls.
