Calls 3-4 per day, says nothing.  Does not leave a message.  Really dumb marketing strategy.  Needs to be stopped.

    They've bothered me with an endless amount of calls per day for a long time. Yesterday, 951-223-6106 called 5 times at 8:10AM, 11:13AM, 1:19PM, 3:02PM, 4:58PM. Today, they called at 10:46AM, 1:24PM, I was so pissed and answered. I told them," If you call one more time, I'll report to the police." But the guy said,"You call the police, I don't care."

Over the past month we have received calls from this number at least three times per day and no matter how many times I have answered it and told them not to call again they repeatedly keep calling. Leaving no messages, hanging up when I do answer, sometimes speaking with bad diction.  They say they are a green energy company I don't stay on long enough for them to go through their spiel..  All I know is I am really fed up, being heart patient i don't have the energy to keep hanging up on them.  They call all times of the day.  Today, the girl spoke and when I told her again please not to call anymore or I would charge them with harassment, she said she has never called.  Well someone in that organization did and they had better stop.

This is flatout BS becuz these folks hung up in yo face and then when you try to  call back, the number do not work. Yo job sucks and this is straight harassment to the fullest. You guys call a couple times a day from morning til night time. If I had to call somebody that many times in a day it would probably be my mother not anybody I do not know personally. If the roles was reverse how would feel, like how everybody else feels towards these impersonal calls to residents. If I do not give you my number then do not call me and on top of that when these folks call from hell, they know my first name maybe last. What? Harassment or Stalking. Let me call somebody that I do not know frequently like the 951 223-6106 number does, that person would feel very cautious, angry, or harass by the unidentified number or caller from hell. I tell you about these kind of folks that harass residents that is probably why, one of the reasons customer services Sucks!!!!!!
I wish there was a type of service that the police department provides to the residents of unwanted calls or telemarketers  where they would send an official letter about STOP IT or legal actions would pursue through the city or county of your area.

Left no message but checking number out suggests that it is a scam but that the scammer is not getting the type of person he/she wants to talk to. Several people said when they answered the person immediately hung up. Sometimes calls 3-6 times a day, according to the posts.

Continue to call. No message left. Annoying!

No.  Although it may be hard to believe, this is actually not a scam.  A1 Solar Power is a real company whose management seems to believe that making persistent, harassing calls to potential customers will get them more sales.

This is obviously a scam. No legitimate company would call people out of the blue.

This call is from either A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state) or one their telemarketing fronts.

Finally talked to a person at this number, the company is Californiagreenenergycenter.com. Told them I already had solar and to remove me from list, they got snippy, so next time they called I played along and made appointment for a rep to come out. He will be here in about an hour. If they can waste my time I can waste theirs.  I'm retired I have plenty of time to waste.

I think they are pedophiles looking for children to answer the phone. That is legal, FCC won't do
anything about against those perverts.

This number calls numerous times daily on my landline. I now hooked that number up to a fax machine hoping to get out of their loop. Nope! They still keep calling!

These people call at least once or twice a week. The last call was on 3/7 @5:17pm. When I told this guy we already had solar and to take us off the list he said "Hey calm down tough guy".  I proceeded to again to tell him to take me off the list to which he said "just because of this I'm not taking you off the list".  How do we stop these stupid jerks from calling?

we keep getting numerous calls  Every Day from this number....... 2 already this morning between 9am--11am. This is very annoying.  No one answers when we pick it up !   Get this person to quit calling all of the time.
