I keep getting text from this number. He wants mw to print labels letters and CHECKS!!! He claims they are for payroll for a company list...?! Claims he would send me all the material and such...does not ask for.money just that I'm a trustworthy person. says they pay 250$ a week and you only work 3 hour a day.... notfalling for that and getting into trouble for fraud

If you get a check for well over that amount with instructions to send the extra balance elsewhere (thats the usual MO of the scammers), then take it to your local post master or file a complaint here: Sending fake checks through the mail is a crime so contact the US Postal Service Inspectors: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx
It can also be turned over to the FBI as well. And if they sent any emails, there is also a FBI cyber crimes division you can file reports with.

Be very leery of any checks sent to you, especially when its well over the amount and they want the excess sent to some other person and they state they will give you extra for your troubles. Another red flag is not coming to see the merchandise for sale and some excuse to not talk to you by phone. Those checks can bounce better then a super ball in a concrete room.. and you will be stuck for the full amount. They can fake any kind of check or money order so be very aware.

This party is texting me right now with the same old song and dance of wanting to buy an "item" from me and wantimg to send a cashiers check and then paying extra for a pick up agent. They refuse to send a regular bank check.
For those that don't know. A regular bank check anywhere in the US will clear and never come back after 3-5 days. Cashiers checks are easy to fake and fool the bank and take longer to return. And by that time you are out your merchandise and you've paid them to take it from you.
Also, the typical thing they do is cut and paste your ad header into a text or email. They never even refer to what they allegedly want to buy. Even ads with multiple items they will refer to as only one item.
Only deal with cash and regular bank checks and never conduct business solely via email or text. Always talk to the person first. It weeds out the criminals.
