My caller I.D. showed the word, "Sightly", whatever that means. I ignored it. We're a local mom & pop outfit who certainly doesn't need anything from anyone 2000 miles away.

Woman caller, asked for the owner, asked for the business manager, it was like pulling teeth geting information from her. She said the company was called Fightly, and then FINALLY told me it was an advertising firm.

Scumbag telemarketer called my business pretending to be a customer. As a business owner of many years can identify a scumbag regardless of whom he pretends to be. F'''k you scumbag I hope you are not making over $10 an hour. You are a bad liar and when you do get better at selling bull.., may be then you can ask your boss for a raise.

I have a couple of ways to deal with these parasites. First, I let the phone ring three full times before I pick up. I pick up and don't say anything for 2-3 seconds. If it is a computer autodialer, 80-90% of the time the computer will hang up thinking it has gotten a voice mail or answering machine. After 2-3 seconds, I say our company name, but don't give out my name. That way they don't automatically have a name if they call back and get someone else. If I still get a person and they insist, I tell them my name is "Richard Smith"(it's not). It is none of their business what my real name is, they are telescammers who are breaking the law. If they persist in calling over and over again, I tell them that my boss is available, and then I use a sports air horn right next to the phone. What are they going to do, sue me? "Your Honor, I was illegally telescamming and they deafened me!" Good luck with THAT argument. The judge might give me a medal. Reporting these "people"(I use that term loosely) to the Do Not Call Registry is futile, they are usually spoofing their phone number anyway. If you have the time, have some fun with them. See how long they will stay on hold or still be on the line if you put the phone down. Take your cordless into the bathroom and have an extended "deposit" at the Porcelain Bank, complete with very loud fake sound effects. Tell them you ARE the boss and listen to their sales pitch, never saying yes to anything, but always saying that you will look at your numbers and see what you can do. Some scammers will record any affirmative answer you give and then splice it into a call and bill you for whatever they are selling, using that as evidence of an order. Waste as much of their time as you can, because that keeps them from scamming other people, and it can be a really fun stress reliever! Anything that we can do to make this less profitable for these ticks on the butt of humanity is a plus. Feel free to pass this on or add to it with your fun ways of taking back your phone lines. If these idiots would get a real job, the world would be a better place for all of us.

Unprofessional fast talker wanted to speak to owner to send "our type of business" customers our way. Spam
| annoyed again 2013-03-08 18:46:11 Telemarketer |
Wanting to send us business, asked to speak with the owner. Asked if they were trying to make a reservation. No, they want to send us business. Wanted to speak only with an owner. Owner doesn't take cold calls. Speak to the receptionist or no one at all...
Caller said they would find someone else willing to business. Why is that if someone owns a legitimate business, 800 Notes is the only place you can find their phone number??? (Love you guys!)

RIP-OFF - SCAM
A complete rip off. You prepay them for Google Ad Words PPC and you never get any clicks. The money does not carry forward to the next month. They also promote their video adds which looks like a 5th grader did the design. Stay away unless you like wasting your time and money.

I just got a call from some woman claiming to be from some marketing company wanting to send us business and asked to speak to the owner because they didn't have someone from our industry in this area. When I told them that we weren't interested, the woman rudely said "that's ok. We'll contact a professional company." and then she hung up.
It's obvious these people are scammers or from a very unprofessional outfit. Our customers are local and contact us directly if they need service. This call was long distance and not even close to our area.

Just called our company looking for the owner and said they were looking for the owner. When I told the woman we weren't interested she rudely said "that's ok. We'll deal with a professional company." Obviously, they don't like being told NO for an answer.

(951) 225-7000, just another of the oversaturated "seo" scams. Insinuates to be associated with Google, Google online services.
They have no association what so ever with Google
They are one of those scam companies that claim that they will get your business listed at the top of Google search results. Nobody can guarantee this in the first place, so that claim is a dead giveaway that the caller is a scammer.
The number is registered to Pixel Fish and Backyard.com

They called me even though I am on the do not call list. The acted like they had customers waiting that wanted my business but they are just a scam.

TOTAL CRAP CALLER!!! Called our office for our General Manager but kept saying he was a customer of ours. I handle all customer calls, but they would not identify themselves and asked for owner...the person they original asked for is NOT the owner. I asked again what their name was and how I could help them...Started calling me rude and wanting to speak to the owner about how I was treating a "customer".
I can ASSURE you that NONE of my CUSTOMERS treat any of us in this demeanor!!!
