FTC just sued a large group of collection agencies located in the city of Corona, alleging numerous violations of debt collection laws.

If you are having any problems with illegal debt collection practices, and in particular if they are coming from a collection agency in southern California, or near Corona CA, contact FTC.

just got a call from these scumbags and spoke to one of them whose previous job was probably Mc Donalds or any other high intelligence taxing position. He claims he got a legal suit against me I said bring it on , he also promised not in this order that he was going to garnish my wages or file a 1099 ez under my name with IRS. He got really pissed off when I informed him that he was being recorded and also s*** his pants when I announced him that I work for the Government and it was very easy for me to locate , trace and exterminate his scam operation.After that he hung up hope he calls again I will be ready. Something tells me that this is another shady creation of Midland Credit Management but lets wait and see.... Time will tell it..

I've gotten a call from this guy quite a few times. I also got the "This is Brian Donovan. If I don't hear from you by noon tomorrow, I won't be able to help you with your situation" jazz.

I wish I knew what I needed help with. XD

I've also been receiving the same message as Susie. They been calling for two weeks. Some how they are calling my home and cell at the same time.

7/14/11: Received a taped recording from, "Brian Donovan" stating, "If I don't hear from you by Noon tomorrow I won't be able to help you with your situation.  Please call me at 888-356-8976.
