Caller left numerous messages and said it was important...Upon my calling back i was told it was from Household Bank NA...A credit card i never possessed...i was told the sheriff would be here in the next day or so and then he(the caller) got extremely violent and started making accusations and saying terrible things to me about my past and children... we went back and forth i hung up on him and he continued to recall several times b4 giving up...This person/persons need to be stopped and the threats they are making are hurtful and bothersome...please if you recieve a call from this number or anyone acting like this or trying to scam you and your family...BE AWARE!!!! This is so funny. None of you idiots know how to spell. Of course they are debt collectors and I am sure you all owe money. I base this on the fact that most uneducated inbreeding idiots have shitty jobs and cant pay their bills.  Your the reason our country, our should I say cuntry, is in such dire straights.

Received a call from Patricia Woods at Brown and Associates. She told me my sister-in-law had a civil lawsuit against her and it is important that she gets a hold of her. I gave her my sis-in-law's number and then went online to find out it's a scam. I was really scared at first. Do not talk to these people if they cal lyou!

A "Kathy" called my wife's answering machine, asked for my wife by name, referenced to "Raquel Agular" (no one we know) and a case number. Calls seem more urgent each time. We haven't returned calls.

Caller will not give me any information on who they are except a name Conrad Masters  or David Brown or David Noble. I can not get the company name or address. They are a collection agency of some sort trying to collect an old debt from 10 years ago. The debt is not owed. I recommend you don't even talk to these people and complain to the consumer division of the San Bernadino County DA's office if you feel they are harassing you.

A Conrad Masters---"regional legal arbitrator" in re a file number--time sensitive...etc...Just another scam--left message--but when called back---man who answered said, "Corporate Office"---Had blocked my number and then of course went surfing the net and found this place. Sad thing is some people will fall for this scam and get bilked

these people keep calling leaving messages and i finally got on the phone with the guy and cussed him out talking about i owe 19000 dollars and i know i dont owe any body that much money i think they trying to trick some body there name is dc brown and associates

Yah, I am getting much the same thing.
A couple of different guys leave messages
saying regarding myself and a "property," etc.
A "time sensitive matter," and all the such.
One guy is named Matt Johnson, or so he says.
As always, if it is that important, they can
put it in writing and send it to me in the mail.
Also, there is no way anyone can do anything related
to your property without due process of law,
which does, in fact, include hard copy mail to your
address, and before any legal proceedings or collections,
etc, you would have to be served court papers by the
Constable and appear in court with your legal rep, etc.
So all this is just a SCAM and I will not bother calling
them back. I have dealt with folks like this before, and
they obviously have nothing better to do than hassle people
in the hopes of scamming them out of their hard earned money.

This company, DC & Associates, continues to call with their reference number and  they have some information on my apartment. They make it sound like it's very important. I tried to call them back, but I didn't give my name. They just put me on hold and eventually, I hung up. They've been calling on a regular basis, from morning, 8:44 AM and at night till, 8:57 PM.

Thank god for the internet so I can look up who these people are. There is no listing for DC Brown & Associates but I hope these complaints are being read by someone who can put them out of business!

Contacted me about being a defendant in a civil case.  Gave file number also.  I did not return call.

Called my Aunt threatening me with a lawsuit on a credit card that has been paid off for 2 years.  The account is so old it isn't on any of my credit reports.  They keep telling me that they are attorney's but by their "proffesionalism" on the phone I seriously doubt it.  I did take the initiative to have the bank provide me copies of all the checks that I sent as payment just in case. Who are these people????

I was told i had an outstanding debt from a previous marriage totalling over $2,000... i asked for info being that i was told there was a case number on me...at that point the caller became irate and told me i was messing with the best in the business and the sheriff was also on his way to take my property...i was furious at his gesture and proceeded to argue with the individual who i will call "AzzH0le"...AzzH0le continued his plight for monies supposedly owed and continued his threats as i was recording the whole conversation... when i told him speak louder the recorder doesn't understand him... AzzH0le hung up and then i recieved 4-6 other calls as well... after a while it stopped... Be Aware As These Individuals are Hoping To Take You For Money And possibly other things NOT OWED...

Some man calls, he asked for my roommate (who wasn't home) told me he had an application process to talk to him, then change his topic to he had a client who wanted to give him a summon on Wednesday, but if he called back then it would have to be taken that far. I let him know (because I thought it was something important), but when he called it was about a credit card, he never owned, that apparently had 900 dollars on it in 1999, and then accured fees which got to 1900 dollars, and if he didn't want to get sued he would have to settle for 1200 dollars. My roommate said if they had his address and numver, then why didn't they send some documents... (we've been living here for almost a year). Apparently he just got attitude and hunk up on my roommate. It's totally a scam. Just be aware people and be smart.

Left message on voicemail that me and my number was given as a reference for my wife's ex-husband.  How funny is that!!  I have never met the guy and last my wife heard he moved 3000 miles away months ago.  Mind you the caller never referenced my wife's maiden name, the ex-husband's last name, nor her new last name.  So how did my name and number come up??

I got a message from this number today (3/11/10).  The lady gave no name but told me that she
need to talk to me about a place I rented stopped renting in 2006 and also about my current residence
which I also rent.  She went on to say that it was very important that I give her a call back because
she needed to get information from me.

The call just did not sound right to me.....I'm so glad I did some internet research because these calls
are obviously scams.  Be careful people.

I been gettin harrsaed by these guys since January and me not knowing almost gave them $560. I will contact the FTC as well and report them. I talked to Conrad Masters, David Noble, and some other guy who was probably the same dude yelling and screaming at me with degrading comments like the person above was speaking about. I'm glad I followed my gut on this one and looked them up!

I have receved 2 calls so far from this group - trouble is the person they are looking for is not me, but someone else with the same name as me - the other phone # they are using is 951-340-3073 - if you google that you get more complaints about these people.  They were very rude and said my parents should've dropped me on my head when I was a baby because I was rude to them - all I asked was what the call was about - and he went off on me.  I guess I'll be getting these calls every other day until they find the right person to call....I filed a complaint with the FTC also.

I just got the same phone call and they where very nasty to me and talked about my family and the type of car my husband drives and he had outstanding tickets.  That is when I knew something was up cause no one in this house has ever gotten a ticket.  He also told me he was a DA looking for someone we knew which we didn't I have called the police cause of what was said and he threaten me.  They need to be stopped.

I received this call,12-7  from this no.  (my  ph. no. was the person they were calling phone  no. over 4 yrs.ago) I returned there call to explain this, MISTAKE ;; i was asked was I sure I did't know him, look around and see if I seen him. then told I did not sound my age,, then he tells me my name in  full,address, zip code , and ss no.!!!and  correct age.!!! I asked how he got that ??  he says he worked for F B I, and had could get the info.  I told him I was calling the better business bro.  his remarkes .go ahead do what you think you can do!!!   I did call the Federal trades office in WASHINGTON  DC, AND FILED A COMPLAINT.

I talked to these jerks too, and they need to be stopped. John Noble and Conrad Masters were the ones threatening me.

I got a call from a blocked number, answered it, and a guy named Conrad Masters tells me that I owe 1800 dollars for a credit card that was long ago paid off. I argued with him that this card was payed off, and he became belligerant and cursing at me, telling me that I was going to be arrested, my car is going to be repoed, that he is going to report me to the IRS. I asked to speak with his superior because I could not have a professional conversation with him, so he puts me on the phone with a even more belligerant a**le John Noble. He tells me the same things, that he is going to take everything from me, and that I won't have a pot to piss in when he is done with me. I was scared and upset. He told me to give him my debit card number right now or he will just go ahead and take everything, and I can go to jail, my car repoed, report me to the IRS, and so on. I asked him to give me an hour so I can call my father, and he said no, I had to give him my debit card number now. Luckily, I gave him a wrong debit card number. He had me going at first..I decided to google Conrad Masters' name and I found that I was not the only one he tried to scam. Both he and John Noble need to be stopped, the things they said to me were terrible, and I am very upset that people like this are allowed to operate. They need to be put in jail!!!

Company called threatning legal action. They are not professional at all and are very rude,and claim to be calling from an attorneys office. This is nothing but a scam. i will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office.

David Noble was the person that we spoke with. He stated he was an Attorney from Carona Caifornia. He threatened to attach our property (but due to $100,000 homestead protection that is a lie). States that he was going to have the Sheriff come next week to serve papers for collection. He told us to beg all of our relatives and friends to pay a long ago debt. This was already done before by a woman but I can not remember her name.

I researched it the last time and found out that a lawyer had a building and was renting offices to a collection agency but the agency kept stating that they were the lawyers, Problem is they were not listed as lawyers in the state they were calling from and did not know the law in the state where I live. They are just dirty collection agency and do not follow the law! It's all bull but they harass everyone !!!

Caller tried to get personal information about a relative and has made 2 phone calls to me. He said he represented a credit card company that this relative never had dealings with. On the second call I told him never to call me again. He said his name was Conrad Masters.

Caller calls, not idetifying themselves by anything other than a first name, trying to get PRIVATE information about a someone who isn't me (but is related to me).  When you try to call back to get your number removed or tell them that you aren't at liberty to give out any information on that person, they call you names and tell you that you are rude for not cooperating with their scam.
