I got call today from that 951-389-0314 saying i o $500 to next day cash n if i didnt pay they were comeing out to my job n take me to jail i got scared n sent $300 because i did take out the loanso i guess that got me

just recvd a call from 951 389 0314 stating they are the state attorneys office of California and that they are coming to my job at 3:30 they have all my info and claim that I owe them 690.00 I dont know anything about what they are talking about he said his name is Curtis Jackson however he spoke with an accent from India.

Keep getting calls from this number. Keeps leaving messages saying I am being sued. When I did talk to him he said he needed my social security number to verify my identity. Yeah right. Told him to call my attorney and gave him the number. Of course he didn't. I reported the number to the Federal Trade Commission.

i got a call today from a guy saying his name was curtis jackson attorney for state of california saying i am being sued for 692.00 for a check cashing advance that i was suppose to have taken out i have never taken out a payday loan in my life. the other day i also got a call from another laywer sayiong his name was gary smith about the same thing both are foreigners when i asked for my information about what i have done they would not provide it to me. i was freaking out he said i was going to jail for fraud and everything threating to have the police show up at my door and arrest me.what is wrong with these people do they find it funny scaring the daylights out of innocent people

they say i'm going to jail if i don't pay $752 dollars in an hour i'm scared

I keep getting calls saying they are the CA district attorney's office and threatening me.  I have never been to CA.

I also just recieved this call from john edwards saying i owed money for a cash advance that i never got but watch these guys because they had all my info on my job my bank account but not my account number they threatened to call my boss and have me fired if i didnt send them $2,000 i called the police here in my county and they even think they are a scam when i called them back i didnt even talk to john they didnt even know him i talked to a robert

Received the same aforementioned threats.  Saying "we must speak with you, or you are going to have the worst time of your life" in the voicemail.  Or "don't call us back at this 19513890314 number because we have just faxed your file to your county court".  Of course the accent was indian, people talking in background, couldn't understand half of what he was saying.

When you call the number they acted as thoug they were a hambuger joint and did not know what I was talking about.  The voice that i heard was the same voice that just had called me.  I told him that I called the police and the FBI and the homeland security and am waiting for them to go get him and send hime back to his country he came from.  He said why did you do that they will not do anything we are a hamburger place.  YEA Right.  They are foreign freaks and should be put away.

I got a call this morning same situation as all of you. His name this time was Roger Miller an attorney in ca, i got a hold of the real roger miller registered in ca and gave him his info and phone number. He was not happy about this. There is no such thing as a California state attorney office. What did you guys do? They threaten to have police officers come to my house and work and pick me up! Did they make any false allegations against you guys? Did any police officers ever show up?

These guys are nuts. They have nothing productive to do. Being an indian myself, I recognized these guys were fake b'coz of their accent so I tried talking to him in Hindi. After some time he became abusive. He started threatening me. Serious actions need to be taken against these guys.

Same as above , got nasty voicemails, had someone call back and act like my attorney and he wouldnt give out any information about who he was. He said his name was John Edwards!!!!! LMAO yeh right with that heavy indian accent. F@#$ Them they are a scam
